GS Fitness Bootcamp

I have had a great experience attending the boot camp this summer. Gary is a great trainer and a great motivator. He finds awesome people to join his class which makes is all the more fun. I genuinely enjoyed this class because all the participants were equally as dedicated. This is a class for people of every level so you do not get any intimidation factor when attending these classes. I have had great results I saw higher endurance, stamina, and strength after just 2 weeks.
Gary does a great job of selecting a variety of exercises that are really going to have you working out every muscle of your body. There is also a boxing class one day of the week, this was amazing after this class, I would always feel like a Heavywieght Champ afterwards.
I sincerely recommend this Gary’s Bootcamp to everyone. Mostly to individuals trying to jumpstart their fitness. This is a class that will bring you up to speed in no time.

Gary you are the best !!! I really wanted to start w this cuz he really is. I was so out of shape, didn’t wanna work out for so long, tried many places or classes etc and found Gary!!! It’s been a month (3 days a week) I’m w him and I already feel the big difference. I’m leaner, I have so much energy, I’m stronger and ofcourse happier !! He motivates you the way you just wanna do it you just wanna finish the sessions! Love it! Thank you Gary can’t wait to see even more differences on my body or my life next month or the next one or the next lol

A couple coworkers and I saw his Boot Camp class on living social and since it’s so close to our office, it was a no brainer. I’m only the second week into my first month, but I could tell by the 4^th class how much my endurance was improving.
What I love about his boot camp class is that people from all fitness levels can take it at the same time. You could be a super active/​exercise frequently or looking to lose 20+ pounds, and everyone will be sweating and tired by the end of class. Gary does a great job at creating exercises on how well everyone is handling the class, and he really cares about helping everyone reach their fitness goals.
Although the first couple classes will make you super sore, I really look forward to going to Boot Camp now! Take his classes!

I have been training with Gary for about 3 months now and must say I am loving the results I’ve and ALL others see in my body, great tone definition all around and my energy level, which is already high, has taken off. I love how I feel after I’m done, its great pain, but all worth it. To be honest, when I started I was questioning «what am I doing here?» but within a week or two, I started to enjoy it to the max. I am in communications with Gary to have him go to Long Island to train my sisters, brother and family friends. They can’t wait to start.

I’ve been training with Gary for about 3 years on and off (since his days in MPHC). He is thorough, friendly and knows exactly how to push you to do better. He taught me about many types of workouts and answered all the questions I was embarrassed to ask about lifting weights, proper diet and exercise.
I’ve worked with many trainers in the past, but Gary is always there to speak to and to work out with. It’s funny how he remembers the weights I was lifting 3 years ago, that’s what I call personal service!!!
The first year I lost 18lbs and since then I exercise regularly thanks to the behavior I learned from Gary. I’m not a muscle monster, but I love the results plus how I look and feel!!!

Gary is the nicest trainer out there but he’s also committed to ensuring that his clients see results. None of this fake drill sergeant business — he just provides a good workout in a fun environment.
