Hanson Fitness One-On-One Personal Training

I have been coming to Hanson Fitness since 2007. They cater to your workout ambition and activity level. I owe my well being and body longevity to them. I tried trainers while in Crunch and Synergy gyms, good but this is better.

I’ve been coming to Hanson for 8 months and it’s like a second home. Andrei, KJ and Anastasia helped me lose weight, but more importantly they helped me make a plan for my body. I competitively rode horses 7 days a week for 12 years and they have managed to make me twice as strong as I was then. My workout is never the same and I’m challenged each time I come in. Could not recommend Harry and his team more.

I was getting in shape over the summer and decided I wanted to find a trainer to show me some strength training. I found that Hanson Fitness was reasonably priced compared to the other places I had researched.
My main trainer, whose name is Eric, is the best I have ever had — he pushed me in the right ways, gave me advice based on my specific needs, and was extremely attentive in the sessions. He has been outstanding and I have just started my second package of 10 sessions with him.
I came there as someone who has done a lot of cardio but not much strength training and they made it accessible for me. They always kept the workouts varied and it really inspired me to keep it going through the week. There was no obligation of when I had to book the sessions (though I chose once a week). And they customized everything to my goals, with some good feedback on nutrition as well.
Highly recommend them, and a special thank you to Eric the trainer at this location who has really been an inspiration. Hanson Fitness is well worth the investment.

AMAZING GYM! I’ve been training here for my wedding for the past two months and Hanson has really changed my whole view on working out. The trainers are friendly, professional and extremely good at what they do. They have someone for everyone’s level and keep it interesting by maintaining variety in the workouts. I feel like it has become like a second home with all the support and enthusiasm I get from every workout. I strongly recommend!!!

I dragged by behind to Hanson when my 2^nd child was about four… eight years later I’m still going. The trainers there are trainers by profession — not snarky wannabee actors bored by their clients. They want to be there and you can feel the difference. They care about form, about an individual’s needs and are not some cookie cutter training place. They push you harder than you’ll push yourself and every work out is slightly different — which is great because I sure get bored easily. The place is clean, they have great equipment and killer energy. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I would personally never pay for a personal trainer ’cause i’m too damn cheap, and at any rate, the swimming pool is my preferred fitness battleground (perfect for people who despise sweating).
However, this is a a plug for one Mr. Roberto Richter, a personal trainer who keeps my (far less lazy, and far less cheap) significant other looking like a million dollars… not to mention, upbeat and postive about life in general! Apparently that’s what the RIGHT personal trainer — who’s one part fitness master, one part spirtual counselor, one part drill sergeant, one part music & film critic, and three parts motivational speaker — can do for one’s body, and one’s mind & soul!
Thank you, Roberto Richter, for keeping my baby a superstar — inside and out! Sorry I can’t sweat myself to stardom, too.
