Had lunch here today and it was absolutely terrible. The hot food came out cold and was flavorless. My friend ordered sushi and it was like the kind you would get in a supermarket. The service was terrible the waitstaff was inattentive and seemed very disorganized. I will not be going back.

Place is ok Nothing really special. The food was ok. I got the pork bun, it was definitely the best one i had. The potato shrimp was way too greesy and fried with bad oil. The pork dumplings were fine, not amazing though The seaweed salad was great though. Service was good.

Not the best ramen I’ve ever had, but it’ll do in a pinch if you’re looking for a hot bowl of noodles. Early on a Sunday night, it wasn’t a bad wait or anything. I ordered a bowl of the tonkatsu broth ramen and it was ok. Slightly on the salty and greasy side. I think I was disappointed in the noodles because they were a little too thin and not chewy enough. There’s not much else to say except that this place was convenient and felt like a clean restaurant.

Came here after Church with a few friends and the food as well as the service was good. I will definitely try this place again.

I really wanted to love this place. I love the bar space with the tall chairs and space for belongings. The food was average at best, and lacked«Heat.» By «Heat» I mean both spice, and temperature. I prefer a larger portion of broth with my ramen. Authentic ramen, should be easier to find in Mid-town Manhattan!

An easy no-nonsense ramen & sushi joint in the garment district, I popped in for a quick dinner alone at the rectangular bar — a nice twist on the typical bar layout. Food was good, Sake very reasonably priced, deep-house music was just right. I just wished there would have been more action at the bar table on a Saturday evening. Perhaps when the new Moxy hotel opens up across the street, they’ll see more traffic. I’ll go back.

New dishes and new menu items, love it! Nice environment too. Ramen and sushi are above average comparing to other in the area. Serve beer and wine too. Good for couples and gangs to hang out!

4.5 stars… slight deduction for slightly unrefined service. But the food we had here was very satisfying. We decided to go to iNoodles because we got a groupon deal. The place looks pretty new and the staff– well, they acted kinda new but not in a friendly or helpful sorta way(except for the pretty hostess– she was very helpful). This is basically a ramen spot, and in this they didn’t disappoint. We had the tonkotsu shoyu ramen and the spicy tonkotsu ramen. The spicy one is actually much better. Stick with that one. The non-spicy version is still good, but you can find a better broth(but pay more money) at ippudo and some other places. It was still very porky and very good but the spicy one is just all around better. We also tried the roast pork lunch special. It was tasty(the rice it came on was really tasty) but random. It reminded us of a dish a Cantonese housewife might whip up for an every day sorta lunch. It wasn’t something we expected from a Japanese place. On the other hand the chicken kaarage was really tasty. It wasn’t the best we’ve ever had, but I would definitely order that again(and again, and again). In summary, really happy with this place. We’ll certainly be back as it’s much closer to where we live compared to some of the other more popular ramen joints.

I walked by about a dozen times before a friend recommended it and I walked in. Clean, airy Asian décor, and kind owner’s nice smile are a nice welcoming sight. The appetizer menu is standard Japanese karaōke bar fare, which I’ve enjoyed over 15 yrs: ramen, edamame, fried chicken with spicy mayo, tayokayi(octopus balls), miso soup, etc. Ramen bowls are tasty and filling – $ 12 – 14 a pop, which are average area prices. I was especially impressed by the $ 6.95 Takoyaki, which averages $ 6 – 7 at area Japanese joints – iNoodles’ portion is MUCH bigger and flavorful. I was delighted to find out that all of their sauces are made in-house – not too many restaurants boast that. Sushi, teriyaki and ramen quality and prices are also comparable to other NYC Japanese eateries. I want to point out that a restaurant owner’s nationality is not a dealbreaker and doesn’t influence my palate: the best sushi I’ve ever enjoyed was created by a MEXICAN chef in Florida. If food and service are excellent, I’m sure it’s possible to get kick-ass tacos from an Ethiopian-owned restaurant! INoodles’ happy hour is nice, welcoming, and their original cocktail creations offer interesting takes on standard cocktails [see menu photo] like Long Island Iced Tea, Martinis, etc., with sake(regular and flavored), lychee, etc. Try the White Peach Delight: light and refreshing. I love supporting female-owned businesses, especially when they offer a pleasant atmosphere, quality fare and great service. I hope word gets around, making INoodles a NYC staple for years to come.

Some gfs and I met here for ramen. Fast service and the noodles were delish. Friendly staff. I was hungry that day, I wished their portions were bigger. I inhaled my noodles in 5 min.

Chinese owned ramen joint anyone? It’s hard to find a decent ramen place in this area but I’m still not convinced I’ll be back. $ 13 for a bowl of Tonkatsu ramen, where the toppings were cold and the soup was a bit thick, the price is sticker shockish. Service felt confused, but expected for a new place. Wifi was strong which is helpful since cell service inside was spotty at best. Hope their sushi is better than their cold ramen toppings.

This place offers up a yummy bowl of ramen in a very convenient location. I got the classic tonkatsu, and the broth was really tasty and creamy. The chashu, however, was disappointingly thin(and a bit dry), and there were only two slices. Toppings were pretty good and standard, in amount, selection, and quality. With tax my bowl came out to 13 bucks, so not bad for a hearty midtown meal. The service was bumpy, but friendly. This will probably improve as the restaurant grows older, I imagine.
