Found out about this brand from a shirt I bought from Bloomingdales. I liked the fit so I checked out their website and ordered a few more shirts and a pair of chinos. I ended up falling in love with the pants and went back and ordered basically every single color of chinos they had. They are definitely my go to pants now. I like the shirts as well — they have a huge variety of colors and patterns and the «classic fit» is great. Also if you sign up for their email list they’re often offering substantial discounts.

Like another reviewer mentioned, they’ve got a preppy vibe similar to Ralph Lauren but minus the blinding pastels and pretension. Service was friendly and the space gives you a great feel for the brand. I order online mostly now that I know my sizes, but often wander in to check out new stuff.

It’s a cool little place this, kind of a hipster, preppy, cowboy mash up is how I’d describe the vibe, which makes it sound awful but it actually isn’t.
I like how they’ve got a look and they’re sticking to it, ok some of the pieces weren’t for me but equally there’s more In here I’d buy than not.
Purchased a nice shirt and a winter hat, guy who served me was friendly and actually recommended the shirt, kudos to him.
I will be a return browser/​customer.

Thanks for the offer to email you, but I have no interest in following up via email. Your company’s first impression doesn’t leave me any desire to have direct contact with it again. Just so you have more details to «address this with your employees» (gentleman with the hipster beard and accent)… I walked in and asked about sizing and wanted to try on a shirt to make sure of the size as I was planning to order multiple shirts online. Your employee seemed agitated that I wanted to try on ONE shirt for size confirmation and that I planned to order 6 shirts online. He rudely informed me «the discount you get online you can get here, so why don’t you buy it now?»… First of all, none of your f’n business, second of all, I didn’t plan on shlepping 6 shirts around Manhattan for the rest of day. When I told him I didn’t want to carry bags all day, he rolled his eyes and pointed to the dressing room.
Not only does you customer service suck, so do the quality of the shirts. Not only did the three linen shirts fall a part, the other three cotton shirts faded in 3 months time. Like I said before, folks don’t waste your money here.

Got a coupon for 50% off the entire online store for Black Friday. Tried to place an order. l and got a error message. Their online chat, phone line and email support were down.
I was trying to place an over $ 600 order. I will spend my money elsewhere.
Talked to three very unhelpful people at the physical store that said they would call me back with a code. The third just hung up on my.
Horrible customer service, horrible experience.

Shopping isn’t my favorite sport; I find it rather dreadful. But this shirt caught my eye. As I was checking it out, the guy there says, «great shirt. Don’t buy it.» Naturally, I looked at him like, «wtf, mate.» He then proceeded to say, «same shirt, over there on that rack, half the price.» Clearly I had to investigate.
It was magnificent. I looked at it for 2 seconds, tried it on in the dressing room and had him ring me up. «No bag will be necessary, I’ll be wearing it out… Hold on a second… Is that… Bourbon?» He gleamed at me with a smile, and dramatically turned behind him to come forth with a tiny tea cup. I gazed at him curiously as if to say, «oh my, is that cup for me to consume that whiskey?» Indeed, it was. It was exactly for me to consume that whiskey. And that whiskey was good.
In conclusion, shopping is far more tolerable with half-​price shirts and complimentary bourbon.

I got two great shirts and a pair of trousers for under $ 200. I don’t understand why this place only has three reviews? I’ll definitely be back!

Love the look and feel of the brand. Very country-​casual. Has a very strong, country smell that reminds me of that one ex-​boyfriend whose jacket you kept and still wear sometimes.
The store has a large variety of items of their own brand and other awesome ones, like Redwing.
If you’re smaller than the average Joe, definitely get a Small (or x-​small) — the shirts and jackets tend to run a bit large on guys. The store also offers a collection called Jachs Girlfriend, although many of the mens pieces could run unisex. I love the fur parka they had for girls.
Didn’t see my size, and the employees immediately helped check downstairs. Overall great customer experience.
Ended up leaving with a button-​down, sweater, and my new favorite pair of pants.

I love JACH’S! They have really nice items for men — button downs, sweaters, pants — and everything is pretty affordable (especially for the area).
They also have a few shirts and dresses for women as well (but the selection isn’t as extensive as the men’s)
The staff there is super helpful so if you don’t see the size you want, definitely ask them to look in the back.
