i love their super healthy and delicious soups! esp butternut squash and quinoa and the egyptian lentil. their various salads are also great. try the quinoa pico de gallo.

Terrible service (long wait); obnoxious clientele; a dog literally climbing on the table with no discouragement whatsoever. Perfect for a specific kind of UWSer — many of whom were there when I visited. I was hoping my smoothie would at least be good enough to justify the wait. It was not. A shame. They have much to learn from places like Juice Generation. My guess is enough kale-​hungry locals will frequent the place to prevent that from happening.

I understand the Juice Press hype! I’ve been long overdue to try something from here, and today was the day! The store was inviting with a big community open table/​chairs and options to purchase from the fridge if you didn’t want something made from scratch right then and there. I wasn’t going to have anything to eat until I got home, so I purchased the clean green protein salad already made that was in the fridge. I had no idea if I would like it, I just chose the «clean» one. The service was not remarkable. Average, with a point taken off for asking me if I needed a bag for my purchases (particularly when clearly, I did, based on the number of bags I already had, and was taking to-​go items).
The salad was absolutely delicious. I am craving more of the salad as I write this! You can definitely taste the quality in the ingredients, from the kale to the ground — up truffle dressing spice. Additionally, everything had a beautiful flavor, particularly the dressing. It had just the right balance of saltiness and sweetness. For a salad so simple, the flavor was incredible. Hard to believe there was no cheese on it. Perfect!
I also treated myself to the rose water. A nice, zero — calorie treat. Wow, this absolutely has rose in it. It has a scent as beautiful as Jo Malone ’ s rose perfume. I really like it. It’s a bit too much flavor to drink with the salad, but is great on it’s own.
