He diagnosed the problem as inflammation of the ligament, and said the root canal work must be redone, and that will stop the pain, when pressure is applied to the tooth That is not an issue for him. He functions as a technician who clocks in and out, not as a physician. Again, shameful. I would suggest going straight to a hospital’s emergency room. You will get better care, in a timely manner ++++++++++++++ 5÷12÷2012 So, I am called, and told to come in at 12:30 for an appointment. I rearrange my day, and prepare. At 10:30 Marilyn his Assistant calls and cancels the appointment. She said she pulled my chart, and«I am not in treatment», so she can’t squeeze me in. If a complication from a root canal does not qualify for my being«in treatment» I really don’t know what does. So, a Dentist with an unmitigated ego, an Assistant who pulls an incorrectly documented chart, gives me an appointment, and then retracts, a receptionist that sounds, well mumbles like an eight year old… Ionescu would have made a smash of a play out of this.
