Fabulous I’ve been here twice and been impressed. I’m a big kenneth cole fan overall because of the reasonable prices compared to other designers, smart style, and lately some blockbuster sales. I came in this flagship store after visiting the rockefeller tree and was pleased to see such a wide selection of all their stuff. I’ve been in some of their stores which seemed understocked so I was happy that this one had plenty of options. Also was a big fan of the service in here. Workers were very attentive without being intrusive and also did a good job of explaining all the things that were on sale. I walked out here with some fabulous boots for 40% off! Definitely the best kenneth cole store ive been in.

It all started when I opened a magazine… there THEY were. The ankle boots I HADTOHAVE. The Kenneth Cole ad had no name on the boot so I went to the website right away and started searching… nothing…hmmm? Then I realize I’m looking at a month old«InStyle magazine» just great! So ya know I really liked them, so I called KC… she referred me to a local store(SF for me). The guy there after my description says«oh yes I know what you’re talking about, no we don’t have them. People have been calling for them. I think they were limited addition in NYC only».(((sign))) Okay dude, do you know the name by any chance? «Something with the word Land in them». Okay well now I’m really driven. I start calling all the stores in NYC starting with SoHo, then the 42st store, nope. Oh and when I mention«Land» they immediately say«Law of the Land, those flew off the shelves»! Now I really want them!!! So now I’m referred to the KC on 5th. She answers, she puts me on hold… I wait… TaDa! They have my size! They are mine! BUT they’ll take 3 weeks to ship… argh, well no problem I’m actually coming to NYC for a visit I’ll pick them up. I pre-paid and they held them«safely I might add, since these were a hot commodity». Got to the store the clerk that helped me was wonderful, went on and on how she wished she had bought a pair herself! So my whole customer service from my phone call long distance ordering, to pick up was stellar! Thanks loving my «Law of the Land» Boots they Rock!

I first learned about this amazing man — Kenneth Cole — when I spent a summer in Boston. And so started my affair with KC. I was originally attracted to the boutique in because it had New York in the name. That small boutique, which if I recall focused mainly on shoes, started it all. His clothes are cut for real women. He is a classic designer and creates a wardrobe that can be worn for years, but he always a little spice in there. Of all the Kenneth Cole stores I have had the pleasure of being in(and there are many), this is my favorite. This flagship location is centrally located in the city; or at least where I spend most of my time when I’m there. It’s a beautiful building and gorgeous store covering multiple floors. The sales associates are fabulous; when you need one they’re eager to help, but if you say you’re just looking they actually do leave you alone. I’ve shopped here numerous times and can’t wait to go back(hopefully) soon.

I love Kenneth Cole products, and I always find their stores well-staffed. However, this location is small and irritating with several floors and a narrow selection.

Everytime I am NYC, I go to this Kenneth Cole store and end up buying shoes. I love his shoes because they wear so well and if you have issues they will get them fixed for you at any store. This store has always had great service in my book. When I lived in NYC some of the staff knew my by name which was nice. This last time the girl that helped me out was adorable and very sweet. Wish I could remember her name. Good hire for KC. Always a nice selection and they are quick to get you what you need.

I went here for an AIDS Walk fundraiser, which was super cool since they had free hors d’oeuvres and sangria(white wine sangria)! The foods was yummy and without dinner, I was buzzed off three glasses of sangria. All the salesmen were cute and gay and very nice and flirtatious. One of them even talked me into buying a pair of pants, which looked fab, and were thankfully on sale, $ 168 pants for $ 44.99! Great deal, I thought! Oh, and apparently a portion of all sales from that day went towards the AIDS Walk. Kenneth Cole has nice shoes and clothes, can’t wait till I can afford them a little more frequently.

Good sized store with very little merchandise. Unfortunately for me, the night I was there, they chose to fill the floor space with a band set-up(although no band), and several tables of wine glasses(although no wine) instead of clothing and shoes. Of the merchandise I was able to locate, as soon as I paused to look at anything, a salesperson would rush up to me and say«Ohhh, that is SOOOOO comfortable, really» Each and every item I looked at was *the most comfortable thing on God’s Green Earth* Overkill. Leave me alone to judge my own comfort level, thank you very much. And just what IS *Silver Technology”??? Apparently it’s a Kenneth Cole thing they inject into some shoes to… you guessed it… make them more comfortable.
