Really «bad» Philly Cheesesteaks — hm.

Awful. This should be NO star. They are grossly over priced and then reward it with very small amounts of food and horrible service. They are consistently rude and the food amounts have dwindled while the price’s rise and the service is continuelly flippant. Last night I decided to try and give them one last chance and once again they not only got the order wrong, it took an hour and a have to receive it. I got no confirmation email and when i called to ask about my order I was told. .. «Oh, I forgot to send a confirmation is all.» Said as if I was being trivial and wasting his time. Instead of the french fries I ordered they sent a child handful size of curly fries that were over done.
Finally, I tried to write them on their website and it directed me to something that is not a «contact us» at all. They obviously know the state of their situation and intend to hinder any communication of complaint. NOT good business and they will have no more of mine!

I’ve been to this place a couple of times — in person — never ordered online or had food delivered.
I’ve been ordering the lamb gyro and it is very tasty. The lamb is very well seasoned and the other ingredients are really fresh.
They have a lot of other options on the menu that I may try in the future, but the lamb gyro is all I need. I must say — their online prices are pretty high, but if you go there in person, you can get your burger for 5 – 6 bucks. Not sure why the online prices differ so much.
I’ve only ever seen one man working at the front and he’s always been really polite and gets your order done quickly. Definitely going again:)

This place is great. I come here for lunch a lot. The food is clean and healthy (if you want to order the right things) lol they have awesome burgers too if you are into it. You don’t even have to look at the menu, the staff is AWESOME! Literally anything you want he will make it… and make it really well.
I honestly don’t think the other reviewers have ever been here that’s how shocked I am at the reviews. Don’t usually care to write reviews really but it’s a shame this place’s reviews are so incorrect!
There was a busy week once where I came here everyday for lunch and ordered the same thing. By the 3^rd day he had it ready for me as soon as I came. Service is great. Wish all places were like this!

the worst burger i’ve evr eaten! the worst part is i paid 13 bucks and assumed this would come along with a side of fries. nothing not even a pickle for 13 buck!!! i could’ve over looked that if the advertisement for a great big tasty burger lived up to the expectation but unfortunately that was not the case! it was sooo bad i wrote this my first food review ever… kool blu u definitely made history! yuck i gave it one star only because i could not give it a negative 5 stars

Does Kool Bloo have the best food ever? Nope.
Does Kool Bloo look like a «Kool» place to hang out? Nope.
Is Kool Bloo open 24 hours and a great place to grab some greasy goodness after a night of drinking? Oh hell yeah!
I pretty much only come here at 2 AM. Every time I visit in the middle of the night, they get about 20 Seamless orders while I wait for my food. So someone else out there wants their food real late (or early, depending on how you look at it).
I recently tried their chipotle chicken sandwich. It was good but extremely messy. The sauce was all over so I ended up taking the chicken off the bread and cutting it. Also, the prices aren’t terrible, which is appreciated. I don’t think I would enjoy this place if I came here in the middle of the day for lunch and I was completely sober. But it does get the job done when you’re hungry late at night.

Hands down the most disgusting delivery food I’ve had in new York after many years. Wow. And I even called to comp, ain and they offer to refund, e for serving such dog shit… but they never did. Call here you’re interested in animal feces or a death wish

A huge selection of food from potato wedges to falafel. It takes awhile for the food to come out but it is always fresh. I like it

The food here is so bad. So very bad. The discounts they love to give out online are useless if the food is this poor. If you want diner food so badly, go to Gemini Diner. Ugh, Kool Bloo! I wanted to like you!

What can I say, for what it is, it is pretty good. If you like Whataburger or In-​and-​Out, Kool Bloo will get you close enough.
Anyplace with more than about 12 items on the menu generally scares me, but Kool Bloo makes 1024 combinations out of the basics, and they end up pretty good as far as 24 hour fast food goes.
Let’s just admit it — this is the kind of place you go at 4 AM, drunk and craving some greasy food before going to bed. I’ve eaten here sober too, and been perfectly happy — 10x better than the McD’s across the street, but only 4x as expensive. They are fast, and have options for every type of diet.

The meal we had from here was the direct result of a
late night order… as such, the food itself is a fuzzy memory of grease, something about a burger, maybe some onion rings. Unfortunately, the heartburn that I had as a result of it is not so fuzzy. I doubt I’d go out of the way to order from here again, but you never know what could happen late night in midtown.

This should really be 0 Stars but 1 is as low as you can rate someone. There is nothing cool about this restaurant. Forget the fact they’ve come up with changing the spelling of 2 normal words Cool and Blue to come up with some ridiculous name, they provide no service and are heavily overpriced even by NY standards. $ 15 for a salad that has 3 ingredients? Lettuce, Chicken, Avocado… Really??? They also send incorrect and misguided emails offering you $ 10 off with no restrictions. When you try to apply the code, they make the minimum order price rise so that you effectively don’t get any savings. When I called to speak with an employee, she was rude, acted like I was wrong for questioning how they offer discounts and why it wouldnt work and then began attacking my use of a coupon. Obviously, customer serivce doesn’t come free here either. Oh and the food. It’s just average but after you factor in what it costs, you are basically throwing away money at an awful eating experience by eating here. I’d be very surprised if they remain open long term based on my experience and what other reviews suggest. Honestly, I’d recommend anyone to not eat here based on every reason I mentioned. It’s just not good.

Open 24 hours w/​delivery… marry me! For some reason late delivery is harder to find in this neighborhood than I would have previously thought particularly on the weekdays and I am a night owl who doesn’t like to cook. I love love love their milkshakes I tried the peanut butter cup yesterday that was good but I think the chocolate malted? or is it just chocolate is the best. The first time you order: if you do it online I think you get a coupon off and then if you join their mailing list/​kool bloo fatty website you get more deals… I also love the chipotle sauce omg I could kill for it! But the chicken can be how do I say: funky. then the wings are just okay and when we clearly ordered blue cheese with it — it was an option and we ordered extra they gave us some gross ranch concoction: NO THANKS! If they didn’t have it the uninformed dude on the phone could have said something or called back. Oh and when we said we wanted 3 orders of wings (5 to each order) he said «THREE!!!» yes one… twooooo…three orders count douchelah! The philly cheese steak with the bacon was okay but it just should not exist it doesn’t make sense it doesn’t do anything for it. Mac & cheese and the potatoes are bleeeh. They deliver all of this quick though, I give them that.

Kool Bloo was not cool at all. Had it delivered to the apartment. Two burgers and one order of fries came out to be $ 33 dollars. Re-​dun-​cu-​lous.
My burger – steak burger with A1 sauce: for $ 11.95, you don’t even get fries or any other sides. The burger itself was cooked average – my medium rare was more medium. The beef tasted like cheap grade ground. Anyone can throw A1 sauce on a burger. The buns were so so. Order from Jackson Hole if you are in the neighborhood.
It’s trying to be high end but doesn’t make the cut. The only redeeming value is that it opens late.

probably deserves a 2.5. It’s expensive, but decent quality. I’d call it high-​end fast food. Best things Kool Bloo has going for it are the variety (menu is HUGE) and fact that it’s open ridiculously late.

Kool Bloo just opened up in the last week literally next door to my apartment. Always looking for a place to grab a quick bite, I decided to check it out. Nothing special when you walk inside, and their posted menu above the counter is NOTHING compared to paper menu. I would suggest reading the pamphlet first, as it gives a full detailed list and is more accurate. I ordered a chicken sandwich that came with sauteed spinach and honey mustard. It ended up totaling over 10 bucks, and that was not including a drink. About 5 minutes later they handed over a little bag and I went on my merry way. At home, I opened the bag just to find just a sandwich on a regular ol’ bun. No chips, no fries, just the sandwich. All in all it was good, but for 10 bucks at this sort of establishment, I would expect a little more for the money.
