Non-​existent communication… I called and emailed several times to schedule an evaluation for my kids. No one answers the phone and no one ever returns calls. Finally, after 3 VMs, 2 emails and 2 calls to the district manager, the instructor called and told me she would email me to schedule an appt. I’m still waiting, and it’s been weeks! Go elsewhere… at this location they are not interested in tutoring kids.

The communication is so bad in this center you may be better off asking a stranger on the street to tutor your child. The program could be good… but who knows for the lack of conversation?
