This shipping company is beyond incompetent. I ordered a dress from Zara to wear to a friend’s wedding and paid for 2 day shipping. 8 days later and I still have not received my package. I routinely checked the tracking number for updates and there were three delivery attempts all stating that no one was home to accept the package. That’s absolute BS because one of those days I was home all day and the other 2 days, my freelancer roommate was there all day. Didn’t even hear the buzzer ring once. I live in NYC, shipping companies should know to ring a buzzer if the building has one, not just give up and «try again» tomorrow. These people just straight up lie about trying to deliver packages.
THEN, they tell me they have made the maximum amount of delivery attempts and I have to pick it up myself from their Ridgewood location or they’ll send it back to the seller. Aside from the extreme inconvenience, this completely defeats the purpose of having stuff shipped to YOUR home. I call to confirm that I am going to pick up my package, but when I got there, they had already shipped it back to Zara!!! To say that I was pissed off is an extreme understatement. Nothing to wear to my friend’s wedding, and a complete waste of time traveling out to their local branch because these morons can’t do their job. I would give them –5 stars if I could. F*CK Lasership. Do not even bother with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and do not order from companies who do! Knowing that I’d probably need to meet the delivery man, I provided my phone number to lasership. First, they «forgot» to call during the attempted deliver and the next day they say they called but no one ever called me. Three days later, I still do not have my package. Each time I call to inquire, I have to spend 30 minutes on the phone only to be met with someone who cannot help me. The latest is that the driver is «too far away» to deliver it today. The drivers lie and no one cares about the customers.

Packaged not delivered even though tracking says it was… These guys are unreliable.

I didn’t really have a choice as Amazon chose this company for my same-​day shipping. I was horrified when I read the reviews and expected the worst. They «attempted» delivery the evening of at 8:37 PM, which I know to be untrue because my building has a doorman staffed until 9 and a handful of coworkers were still in the office. After reading reviews I figured it would probably be a week until I saw my package arrive. I called the next morning and spoke with a very kind and helpful woman at LaserShip after about a 10 minute wait on hold. She contacted the local distribution center, told me my package would arrive by 3 PM, and it arrived around 2:30. Honestly — I can’t complain too much and it was so unexpected that I felt I should leave a review.

I’m one of the lucky ones I guess, because I’ve had consistently great experiences with Lasership. I’ve only had deliveries from them through
, and every time the delivery was made as expected — even early. Sometimes on Sunday. I live in Bushwick, and I regularly have the usual terrible experiences with packages via UPS (not ringing the doorbell when I’m actually home, etc). Lasership has been so good it made me thing of using them for my personal business. I’m kind of wondering if the poor delivery experiences are partly the fault of the original shipper (ie amazon, etc).

Don’t expect to get your package soon or if at all if you use Lazyship. I am being serious. I believe they hire ex-​cons who gleefully steal your package the minute they get it into their grubby hands and mark it ‘delivered’.
I say this as someone who’s ordered thousands of packages over the years, and had very few stolen. UPS once handed over a $ 500 package of mine to a thief (who probably also worked for UPS as a temp worker), but that was it. I thought that was the worst until I met Lazyship.
After purchasing four products from Amazon about 10 days ago (from four separate sellers, all independent and all fools to have chosen Lazyship), I have been informed by Amazon that Lasership can’t find the packages and they are presumed lost. Yeah, right. I wouldn’t be surprised if a bunch of Lazyship employees are someday found with a storage unit crammed with all their found «treasures.»
If you see LazyShip chosen as a delivery method on Amazon, call or email Amazon (or the seller) and ask them to change shippers immediately.
I am not a mean person, but this company needs to be run out of business.

It’s already begun with me. I ordered something from Anthropologie. I saw it was «on the truck» from yesterday, in the wrong city. Now it’s in the right city, and they have pretended to deliver my package.
Of course I have the infamous «left at front door» delivery notification… but it’s nowhere to be seen. I’ve already reached out to the Anthro and Lasership reps to see what they can do. I’m not waiting an additional week for my items. I really hoped my story wouldn’t be like everyone else’s. How naïve of me.
⁶⁄₂ — I updated this to three stars because I finally received my package. Still not quite pleased with how business is run, but they did get my items to me relatively quickly, and they were quick to address my concerns which is refreshing.

I order this week 2 products off AMAZON for «overnight.»
I order 2x in a week «Overnight, and i still do not get my pkgs, till just about 8 p.m. or 7:45 last night and weeks ago at 9 p.m.) What kind of rip off no good POS company is this? Simply disgusting hence i sure will ask, effective immediate, (prior) to placing such orders with AMAZON who is going to be the shipper.
Should not take this long, FED-​X is still the fastest, most reliable, and always professional. Then to learn the customer service rep was attempting to literally verbal-​strong arm me, did not work but he kept attempting to blame BOTH extremely late product delivery on amazon. (1)i am still waiting on tonight as i type this complaint on LASERSHIP in NYC, and in NJ area.
LASERSHIP LIED TO ME ON THE PHONE. TRYING TO SAY, «THE MIX UP IS HOW AMAZON ENTER WRONG INFORMATION THROUGH THE FULFILLMENT CENTER and i validated the label was clear as day my biz/​home address. Amazon did not lie, the guy on the phone at LASERSHIP DID… I will recommend everyone to not use the service of LASERSHIP.

Had this company picked from fanatics and was a bit nervous only after reading reviews from this company. I had these items ordered whilst being on holiday with my partner in New York and pretty much thought it wouldn’t come or something was going to go wrong. The package finally came but left out front on the sidewalk without the delivery man ringing the bell or anything. Be warned with this company, they don’t care about your package and pretty much just want to deliver all boxes and go home from what Iv been reading online.
Hot tip: If you get stuck with them, stay home all day and wait out the front for them… that’s if you don’t want some stranger to take your package from your door step. (Which probably happens to all people on this page that didn’t get their package) Crazy to say but it worked for me.

Echoing what everyone here is saying… Why the f*ck would you leave something at the «Frontdoor» of a NYC apartment building?! I’ve been home all day. Why do I bother providing a phone number? You couldn’t call to say you couldn’t get into the building? Damn, even the fast food places call to say they’re downstairs and they’re handling $ 10 worth of cheap stuff. Leaving an
package in front of a NYC apartment building is just asking for it to be stolen. Absolutely ridiculous!
Do not use
«Same Day» delivery in NYC. Apparently, they only ship via LaserSh! t Do yourself a favor and ship it to an Amazon locker and pick it up yourself. Save yourself the aggravation.

WORST COMPANY EVER. I think a bunch of blind baboons must run the entire office or its some two bit foreigner using this as a money laundering cover up. Literally out of the 9 deliveries which have been shipped out via LaserShip, ZERO of them arrived to me. I had to always call the vendor, complain, and they would ship out another package with a different service. My question is where do these packages go? Do the highschool drop outs and illigal aliens who work there steal them and keep them without any repercussion? Its beyond me how a company can get this many negative reviews on every single site yet still be used by mainstream vendors like Amazon.
If you order something online make sure to specify to your vendor NOT TO USE LASERSHIP! SHUT THEM DOWN AND REPORT TO BBB.

I ordered a gift on amazon on April 25^th. I paid for one day shipping.
According to the website delivery was attempted on April 26^th. No notice was left. No package. I called customer service and was told they didn’t know where my package was.
Today, May 6^th, tracking is updated to show that it is out for delivery. Twelve days late.
Speaking to customer service I was told the original scan was wrong. Today is the first day they are trying to deliver my package that I paid expedited shipping for.
Flying out of the country today and they told me they couldn’t deliver the package before I leave. Worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. If I could put zero stars I would.

Ordered stuff from MLB, one order delivered via USPS, the next «delivered» by this company. I’ve been home all day recovering from a broken toe. I checked the tracking and it says that package left at front door. I live in an apartment building and there is no package at my apartment door, and no one rang my bell. Currently on hold with their customer assistance for 20 minutes.
I have sent an e-​mail to MLB informing them that I will not be purchasing anything else from them due to their choice of this shoddy delivery company and would suggest that everyone else inform the company they made their purchase from that they are doing the same.

I paid the price for my lazy. Next time, when I run out of diapers, I’ll call a cab and go to a 24hr place before I risk Lasership being assigned to my Amazon package.
The first round of ‘delivery’, they marked the packaged delivered to ‘front porch.’ I live in NYC on the fifth floor of a building that has no porches. Contacted Amazon, Amazon apologies and refunds our expedited shipping charge and asks to wait a little before marking the package as never received.
Round two: Contact Amazon again as the package never got here. They apologize again, send another $ 30 worth of diapers. A ‘delivery attempt’ was made while I was checking the tracking status from my desktop AT HOME. Seriously, I was home and clicked refresh, and it said a delivery attempt had been made that minute. I look out my windows just to see if there was a truck or anything. Nothing. I very quickly contact Amazon, annoyed as all get out, and they try and contact the shipping people and extend my Prime membership by a year for the trouble. Note that I just got a hell of a deal from Amazon for them messing up, yet I’m still complaining? Because…
Round Three: They tell Amazon that my order will be the first one delivered the next morning. Yeah. Sure. Whatever. Next morning, we wait until noon. Nothing, as expected. We go about our lived while I fume over stupid diapers. 6pm rolls around, and finally the doorbell rings. The diapers come and I think that the whole saga is over. Not so!
Round 3.5: I log into Amazon just to check, fume and grumble and I just happen to see that I apparently SIGNED for my package. I signed nothing. Let that sink in for a moment. A delivery company says a customer signed for a package they never signed for. What happens to the people they mark as signed when the package never gets delivered? No one’s going to refund THAT package.
TL;DR: Lasership is awful. They may as well ship by lasers, your stuff never gets there.

Oh why oh why oh why did I not listen to that little voice of reason in the back of my head that said, «No, no Lani, don’t get One-​Day Shipping. Stick with Two-​Day, you KNOW what will happen!»
I ordered $ 70 worth of baking supplies on Tuesday and on Wednesday I get a text alert saying that my box has been delivered. I get back to my apartment building, and no package in front of my unit door. Turns out, the turd nuggets at LaserShit left my package, downstairs, in the lobby of my apartment building. No attempt to call, they didn’t go upstairs, they didn’t even make it clear WHERE they delivered it.
Luckily I live in a fairly safe neighborhood with honest neighbors, but come on! You don’t leave packages in an unsecured lobby where who knows who can just wander in.
Never again. Two-​Day shipping for me so I can have piece of mind. How Amazon can continue to use them is beyond me…

Update: someone did contact me within 12 hours and I did receive the package overnight. I would still rather be updated with a new timeline than have a delivery faked.
These guys are frauds. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Amazon selected LaserShip for a same-​day delivery by 9 pm. No package, nobody rang the buzzer, no delivery slip, and yet it says delivered at 8:58. Curious timing… Where is my package? It’s 10pm and still not here. I want my money back, especially the premium I paid to make sure it got here today.

I live in a nyc apt building. These guys are very inconsistent. Sometimes they ring the buzzer or not.
The one consistent thing they do is leave my package in the lobby — EVERY TIME! After complaining about this I was told to put special instructions in my orders. did that, guess what? yeah package in the lobby where anyone can take it (no doorman here).
What’s worse, their tracking info says «Left at: Front Door» — I guess that means it made it somewhere in my building, who knows what front door that might be.
Thankfully I got my orders to come via FedEx instead. I also wish amazon would also stop using them because it’s always an issue when they deliver.
1 star: packages arrive (sort of) and so far no damages.

I definitely don’t want to invalidate others’ experiences, but my first encounter with LaserShip was pretty smooth and painless. I ordered something with Amazon’s same-​day delivery and I was already skeptical about how they could possibly pull that off without sending someone to personally drive to my apartment building just to deliver my package. Once I got the tracking information and it said LaserShip (I’ve never heard of it before, but not surprised that with a name like that it’s used to serve same day deliveries).
Like all sane people, I searched the company and tried to track my package. I found their reviews on Unilocal and I was immediately jolted with anxiety about possibly having to contact Amazon about something going wrong with the delivery, if it happens at all.
Placed Amazon order around 11AM, «Shipment Info» was sent to LaserShip at 3PM, Out for deliver 5PM from a neighborhood about 10 minutes from me so I quickly ran outside to see if they were here. A «LS» van was already outside about to make a delivery to my building but it wasn’t for me, and the deliveryman told me it wouldn’t be so soon, maybe around 7PM. 7PM rolled around and I went back downstairs to keep an eye out and not too long after I saw the same LS van with the same driver who recognized me and finally delivered my package.
He was friendly and apologized that I had to wait. Not sure what the circumstances are of other people’s experiences or maybe they had different drivers, but I would use this service again.

So, today was lucky number three in my series of unfortunate experiences with Lasership. This time, the package I ordered through Amazon with same-​day shipping actually turned up within the confines of my apartment building. I would be pleased with this significant improvement from the previous two no-​show packages (that were inexplicably marked as ‘delivered’ on Amazon’s order tracker) if it weren’t for the fact that the box was not delivered to our door, but instead just plopped near the mailboxes in the lobby of our 150+ tenant building.
That, and it had been CUT OPEN and not so discreetly duct-​taped back up.
Thank you, Lasership, for setting the bar so low that I can’t even say I’m all that surprised.

Amazon shipped out my prime package with lasership. It got «delivered» to my door/​front porch apparently in the evening. No it didn’t. There was no package, They didn’t ring my doorbell even though my lights were on. And yes, I would have heard it if they range it. I was just chatting with my brother about some things.
This is time-​sensitive material which I need ASAP. Just wtheck lasership. Why would you hire people who would just lie like that?
LaserShip? More like LaserFail.
