My sister, niece and I have been seeing Dr. Lee for quite a number of years now. Dr. Lee and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. My niece who is 6 years old loves to go to Dr. Lee to get her baby teeth removed. What kid do you know that would beg to go to a dentist — that says a lot about Dr. Lee. Carmen is the one who usually cleans my teeth. She is gentle and does a thorough job cleaning. My friend just complained about his dentist and I didn’t hesitate one bit in recommending Dr. Lee.

I go to Dr. Lee for cleaning my teeth every couple of months. He and his assistants are very gentle with his cleaning which is very important to me since I am very sensitive. After leaving the office my teeth feels like million bucks and my mouth feels so fresh and clean. Very happy with results. Thank you Dr. Lee

I’ve been going to Dr. Lee for over six years now and have had a good experience every time. I mostly go for periodic cleanings, but I find Dr. Lee to be knowledgeable, friendly, professional, very good at explaining technical procedures in layman terms, and is happy and willing to work with my specific needs while taking into account what my insurance policy is willing to pay. Over the years, i’ve worked with other specialists in his office, including his orthodontist and periodontist, and I found them to be just as knowledgeable, friendly, and professional as Dr. Lee. There’s nothing else I could ask for in a dentist! Some of his assistants are clearly better than others at cleaning teeth. After all these years, I’ve gotten the whole gamut. I just have to remember the names of the ones that did a great job and remember to ask for them again!

Very very good with patience. Yes, I said Patience and not patients, although, they are very good with patients too. The dentist was very reasonable with treatment and did not push for various procedures although I’m sure he could make a fortune off my Granny. He was a good doctor and had a good interaction with patients BUT also they had such patience. My granny is a handful. She first had to go dentist shopping and we went all around Chinatown and she was unhappy with the prices. So far, Ariana Dental(their AKA) has been the most reasonably priced, but she still refused to fix her teeth. Her bridge fell off because the teeth underneath rotted away over time and cannot hold the bridge anymore. Joyce, the biller/front desk staffer, agreed to my plan on LYING to my granny. We decided to say that old person’s insurance will pay for half. This is all untrue. Old person’s insurance was ME! So granny finally agreed to that price. Then, on the first day of pulling out the rotted teeth, I ran out to the bank and left Granny there. Granny had a conniption. She REFUSED any further action until I came back. She sat in her dental chair with arms crossed and mouth firmly closed. They gave me a call and I started to run back. They didn’t pressure her the entire time she sat in that chair. They just left her to occupy that room while there was a waiting room full of anxious people. When I got there, the dentist was polite and placed more anesthetic(the originally injected anesthetic wore off while everyone waited for me to come back) without extra cost. They patiently took out the bad teeth. What could have been a half hour procedure took an extra hour. They still remained calm and nice to my granny. Could you imagine how good they are to children? This is coming from a full grown woman who accused them of possibly wanting to kill her by performing stuff while her granddaughter was out of the office. Always nice about when I’m late(since a granny can be slow sometimes) and always accommodating when I get there early(sometimes granny surprises me with speed), I’m very pleased with the service. So far, Granny seems OK with the dentures. She is still sad to lose those teeth and wear dentures. She thinks she is now old and cumbersome, but I’m happy her smile is full and I hope she doesn’t feel too sad.
