I was on a desperate search for my dream wallet and purse and missed a sale while visiting Philly at Century 21. All the wallets were shipped to New York store. I was put in contact with the Magnificent Sharon Street who went above and beyond to find me my wallet and purse and make sure I got them. She sent me pics via email and called me to assure that I was able to get them shipped to me. While working a long day helping her local customers, she made the time to contact me throughout the day even though I live across the country in Oregon. I am so pleased and impressed by her going above and beyond to help me and will be working exclusively with her for all my future retail purchases. What an amazing experience!!!
