Not worth the price! I called last minute, due to a scheduling mix-​up, and spoke with one of the owners. I needed a cleaning due to the Passover holiday, for which your home needs to be cleaned of all non-​kosher food. I appreciated that she told me she would be able to come after-​hours with her «partner,» who I assume to be the other owner, for a deep cleaning in the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. I paid additional for the oven and refrigerator to be cleaned. I did not appreciate that she was literally 57 minutes late, and I had to call her after a half hour to see if she was still coming. Well, only one of the owners ever ended up coming in because the other one sat outside my building due to being «worried about parking.» This was on a Friday, in Washington Heights, where I have found parking is very available. I kept asking if the other person will be coming in, because I was paying for two people for three hours, and could tell she would not be done with the job during that time. She said that she «couldn’t make her come in,» which I understand, but I would have liked to not have paid for this service. She was unapologetic. The service continued as such, with me having to ask for things to be done in time, and her saying it will be done but doing a mediocre job. Also, she did not bring a vacuum even though I specifically informed her that I needed that done and did not own one.
While she left when the «job was done,» it was truly done in a way that I could have done on my own in the same amount of time. I (over)paid for this service, and was expecting the type of cleaning that I have had from every other company for the same price that I have used in the past. The refrigerator and oven were not fully clean when she left, despite my explaining the reason and need for this cleaning.
