EZ Bins Moving Boxes

This made our move so much easier! Not only were these a very eco friendly option, it forced us to unpack rather quickly.
Each box comes with lables and you can also purchase dividers for your kitchen items. Genius!

Amazing little company!!! These guys are so wonderful. Extremely polite and so accommodating. Ordering online is easy and the website is very user friendly. They call you and send confirmations, and the bins are awesome. It’s so much better than using boxes. The bins are durable and can fit a ton of stuff! Packing was never so easy :) Thanks EZ Bins! I will absolutely be using them every time I move for sure.

EZ Bins are awesome! It’s my second time using EZ Bins. I searched other competitors and these guys had the largest bins for the best price. Others competitors give you a mix of large and smaller sizes. Movers love them too. No more finding boxes, taping them up, and throwing them away. Plus, since they’re so sturdy, you don’t have to worry as much about breakage of your items like flimsy cardboard boxes. The only thing that was slightly disappointing is that I ordered a wardrobe box… and it was cardboard. You already know they’re the most responsible environment solution for moving, so I won’t mention that!

After searching the web for bin companies, not interested in cardboard boxes… Ezbins was amazing. they were quick to answer the call, I closed the deal in one call, they were on time, kind, informative and professional. Customer Service FAIL.
We had a simple miscommunication with the drivers BOTH on drop off and pick up. The customer service rep responded by blaming us rather than with a productive solution.
Using bins instead of boxes for a move is awesome but that can easily sour when the customer service rep forgets support isn’t about being right it’s about willingness to make something right. Moving is stressful, no doubt… a customer service rep should help alleviate that, not point fingers and stomp her feet.
TIP:
The drivers will not buzz your apartment or knock on your door, regardless of the fact that you have an appointment.

Using hard plastic bins definitely makes moving easier! That said, I give EZ bins two stars because of the service.
Our order was incomplete upon delivery. We didn’t get the missing items until nearly midnight the following day!
Pickup of the bins was also a nightmare– I could not get a slot for the bins to be collected for a good 4 days after I’d unpacked. And after finally setting up and confirming the pickup time, the driver didn’t show up! Worst of all, their dispatch was rude when we called to complain and only offered us an alternate pickup TWO NIGHTS LATER!
I still have the bins kicking about my tiny apartment. Sorry EZ Bins — but in an age of Make Space, Gorilla Bins and other services, this just is NOT up to par!

I used EZ Bins during my recent move in Queens, and I would highly recommend getting them! I’ve moved many times in my life, and this move was the least stressful of all of them. EZ Bins were delivered during my requested time, and they made packing such a dream. The packing and unpacking went so much faster without the taping up and breaking down of cardboard boxes. I also wasn’t worried about my fragile objects breaking with the sturdy design of the crates. It’s also very eco friendly to boot. When there was a mixup with the pick up arrangement, they were very prompt and accommodating to pick up the bins at the time I needed. If I make another move, I will definitely use them again!

I called last minute, and they were able to deliver bins to me that day. They were extremely helpful, prompt and friendly. Then when I was ready to have my bins picked up I thought some were stole as there is still construction going in my building. They were very understanding and worked with me. They gave me suggestions to look for the bins and let me know if the bins were found later they would come pick them up and refund the lost bin fees. They were very helpful, always came within the delivery windows they provided, called ahead to give me an ETA. I will use EZBINS again! Don and Edwin who helped me were very friendly and accommodating!

The most unbelievable customer service and flexibility. We were left in a bind by Bins n Things the day before our move and EZ Bins (Danielle) got us 35 bins within an hour… making a potentially disastrous situation seem right again. Thank you!!!

I highly recommend using EZ bins for your move. Danielle responds to emails quickly. I didn’t meet any of the pick up or delivery guys as I wasn’t there but everything went smoothly. They called (and texted) before they arrived and they were on time. Most importantly, all my stuff was easy to pack, easy to move and easy to unpack. I will definitely use them again.

We just moved from the UWS to Harlem, and the EZ Bins were the best choice we made in the whole process. They stack easily. They are easy to grip. They were large enough to fit a considerable amount of stuff without being too big to carry. When we move again one day, we will get EZ Bins again.
The staff was kind and efficient. They were on-​time or early with each delivery. The boxes were in good working order and very clean. I am happy to recommend them.

EZ Bins is the only way to go. I moved in the rain and if I had cardboard boxes they would have fallen apart. The delivery and pickup was as promised and even a little earlier with a heads-​up phone call. Edwin, the pickup man was courteous, professional and very fast. My 30 boxes were out of my new apt in 3 minutes.

Moving was really a rough decision especially when I found out just a week before I was moving! I needed tons of boxes at a very short time — I googled and found EZ bins and I called and they literally delivered that day! I packed up my one bedroom apartment and everything fit great! When I was packing the truck it was really easy because all of the boxes are the same size and they stack perfectly! Nothing was crushed or broken — even if the heavy objects were on top! Don just stopped by and picked up the bins he was super friendly and nice! If I ever move again I will not be wasting boxes, I would definitely use EZ bins again. I highly recommend them!

It was the day before I needed to move, and I realized there was NO WAY I could carry 30 moving boxes home from Home Depot. I went on Unilocal and started looking up «moving boxes» and found EZ Bins. I called, and set up a delivery for the next day. The rep was excellent and told me about a promotion for 5 free bins. Turns out, those extra 5 bins were a lifesaver! Our tiny one-​bed could have probably used 4 more bins, but luckily we had some tubs laying around.
The door to door service is excellent, and they send you a text when they are on the way. EZ bins had the best price out of all the other competitors.
One thing to note– I ordered the hand truck for $ 10, but it is NOT large enough to hold the EZ bins. (perhaps its for moving other items, but we never found a use for it) The 2 free dollys that come with it are perfect and are all you need!

I’m so glad I chose ez bins for helping a friend move. Everything went seamless from when they were going to arrive and such. Was well worth the investment

If you’re looking to move, these bins are a life saver. They are clean, easy to stack 5 high, and comes with a trolley to stack them up after you’ve unpacked. Ezbin threw in labels and plastic ties to help organize and seal the bins shut for squishy things like pillows and clothes. I purchased the studio option and at the time of this writing, it came with 5 extra bonus bins (which I thought I didn’t need, but ended up using all 20!) I would advise that you get more than you need because you never know how many things the kitchen has in those cabinets! (I used over 10 bins just for the kitchen and I’m a dude who cooks once a week)
Danielle and Don were a pleasure to work with. Danielle helped me get the boxes within 2 business days and was extremely responsive by email — and Don, a 65 year old who is more muscular than me, picked up the boxes with efficiency and great manner. Have extra respect for this man because he used to serve our country!
The only reason why I wouldn’t give 5 stars is because the pick up was over 1.5 hours late and unluckily around dinner time, so my hungriness is taking its rage out on this review. Indeed, it is a thunderstorm outside so after a pizza, I might give it the 5^th star back… depending how good the pizza is :)

EzBins was super easy to order, delivery was on time and convenient. The best part is that our Movers were able to move the bins faster and more efficiently than cardboard boxes, equating to a lower cost for our move than quoted.
I priced out several options including cardboard and other plastic bin options. Ezbins was the cheapest. I really don’t know why anyone would use cardboard boxes when this is a much more eco-​friendly option and cheaper!
Additionally, I loved the fact that the rental time is only two weeks. While this might seem like a short period of time, it forced me to be efficient with packing and unpacking. We didn’t have to spend time breaking down boxes. And we won’t have that one outstanding unpacked box sitting around for years (a tendency with cardboard boxes).

Overall very pleased with my EZ Bins experience. There was a bit of a problem when they dropped off the boxes (they only dropped off the number of boxes for a studio instead of the number of boxes for a 1-​bedroom — and of course I didn’t realize until after they had left!). No big deal though as I called and they swung back around with the extra boxes I was owed. We also had a bit of trouble scheduling the pickup of our bins as they could not accommodate the day I requested, but the people I spoke with on the phone were always friendly and flexible, so I can’t complain too much.
The EZ Bins are sturdy and meant to be stacked, which means no shifting around inside the moving truck. They are also the perfect size; it’s pretty hard to overload them and make them too heavy to lift. We didn’t even have to use the supplied dolly.
Be forewarned: the bins ARE just a teeny bit too wide to fit comfortably through a standard-​sized doorway if you are picking them up by the handholds. Watch out you don’t ding up your knuckles!
I loved that having a looming pickup date forced me to unpack my belongings. Never again will I use cardboard boxes to move!
