This guy is an absolute disgrace. I called specifically asking for a certain laser treatment and he pretended to be the secretary. He stated that the doctor was world renowned and would decide the treatment for himself. Later I found out he’s his own secretary. I’m not sure he is even a doctor. No diplomas hanging on the wall. Then after an hour of bullshit of him talking about himself I realized he did not have the laser. There’s no way he could afford it. It’s a $ 500,000 machine. He lied to me and is a con artist. Run from him as fast as possible!!! What a waste of time and money.

I found Dr. Rothfeld to be a nice guy who was willing to spend the appropriate amount of time with me. I find that to be unusual these days as doctors try to see as many patients as possible in one day.
Dr. Rothfeld has very convenient hours. I was able to make a Saturday appointment which is great for me since I work all week and find it difficult to get to a doctor appointment during the work day.
Overall, I would recommend him and his services. The quality of his services is excellent and he has a very caring demeanor.
The only thing that prevents me from giving him 5 stars is that his prices are very high.

Everything about this whole operation is suspect. When I called to make an appointment, I was shocked to hear that he’d be able to see me within a matter of hours (from his website, one is led to believe he’s a prestigious doctor). Not having planned for this, I scheduled an appointment first thing the next morning. Rothfeld was over a half an hour late, and when he walked in, he didn’t greet me, he just took my credit card, which the receptionist had confiscated when I arrived. When I was called back to his office, I walked in right as he was charging my credit card the $ 150 «consultation» fee. «That’s just how we do things here,» he said.
Before he even asked me why I was there, he pointed to his face. «Can you tell I had my face busted open in a boxing match?» he asked. When I told him no, he said, «that’s because I fixed it up myself.» I guess that was supposed to impress me.
After some more bragging, he finally asked me what brought me to the office, and I explained that I’d been experiencing some hair loss. He put on a pair of gloves, moved my hair around a little bit, and said, «you’re definitely losing your hair.» He went on to explain that the only way to stop this was to go to his office for scalp injections once a week for the rest of my life. Um…
I believe he first quoted me at $ 4,000. When I told him I couldn’t afford that, he said, «well how much can you pay? How about I cut it in half. Can you do $ 2,000?»
Let’s see, now… if he can still make a profit by charging me HALF, how much was he trying to rip me off with his first quote? I left the office, pissed at having wasted $ 150 to listen to some egomaniac talk about how he doesn’t age, then blatantly trying to rip me off.
Because my hair loss was a serious problem at the time and no other treatments seemed to be working for me, I told him I’d consider the injection treatment, but I’d have to take some time to think about it. He was visibly annoyed at this, and for the next several MONTHS, his receptionist called me every single Saturday, each time offering to cut the price even further.
Obviously I decided NOT to get this ridiculous treatment. Rothfeld was completely rude, pushy, and egotistical, and he uses scare tactics to convince you that he is the only person with a solution to your problem. (By the way — Heritage Products’ olive oil shampoo and crudoleum conditioner really helped to curb my hair loss. No injections necessary!)
Please don’t make the same mistake I did. If you’re having a medical concern, see a real medical professional. Since Rothfeld doesn’t fall into that category, please see someone who does.

Don’t listen to the bad vibe, listen to me. Dr Rothfeld is a professional with many years in the business (and I meand many since he doesnt age) and has adapted many oriental methods into western science, and read many books about the subject of non aging. He treated me for aging and first gave me a dose of an anti aging serum that he said he prepared with choice chemicals and herbs from a secret swamp. the next day i felt a chilling freshness i my spine, and my face looked younger! in fact, i lost 3 inches of height and my voice started to sound softer. he is so effective that i am scared i might be de-​aging like Benjamin Button, but dr. ROTHKO assured me that I would maintain a 25 year old, healthy face, body and energy.
I am content with him, and you should be too. even more if you are as old as Mr. Whiskers and other Unilocalers.
