So happy we moved here. Gorgeous lobby makes you feel great as you walk in each day. Staff are professional and helpful. Our neighbors have been here for years and are super friendly and happy with the building, which says a lot. Apartments have spectacular views.
Only negative is how far east it is. It’s both good and bad though. 5 minutes to bars/​restaurants, 15 min walk to subway gets you to either Grand Central for express trains or 33rd for the 6 local. The street level is so much quieter than my previous apartments, FDR traffic/​noise is minimal. Great park for kids across the street, East River promenade for running, and a block from the East River Ferry gets you to Williamsburg in 15 minutes.
