Mark Time

i placed an order on the website and never got any product from them.
now i am trying to get the refund.
would never recommend to use this website!!!

Mark was very knowledgeable and his expertise was very helpful. I called and he answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He informed me the Gucci watch I wanted was not in stock and would take roughly 2 weeks for delivery. I ordered the watch on 12/​31/​2012 and it arrived via FedEx 01/​24/​2013, so 1 week longer than expected. No big deal, the watch is absolutely beautiful, I saved $ 200 ordering the watch from Mark and I will definitely be referring friends to his business.

I had the most disturbing experience dealing with Mark Time Corp (aka
). I was considering buying a watch from their online store and requested the price from the owner, Mark Rabinowitz, over the phone. The price was good, but I decided to look the place up online, and, to my surprise, found lots of negative reviews. I don’t want to quote other people, but just Google reviews on
or look them up on Better Business Bureau of NY website.
I decided to buy the watch somewhere else. The next day I got a call from Mark checking on the status of my search. By the way, he sounds like the most pleasant guy in a normal conversation. So I politely explained that I had reconsidered buying a watch because I found negative reviews online. To my surprise, upon hearing this Mark called me a «stupid a$shole», because I, supposedly, believed some «f%cking competitors talking s#it» about them.
To be honest, at first I couldn’t believe what other people were writing about this place. People were claiming it’s a scam and that they never had they watches delivered, and that they had to leave 10% in order to cancel their order and get their money back. I can’t attest to all these things because I was fortunate enough not to have placed the order. However, the comments about Mark’s rude manners and swearing at customers turned out to be 100% true.
Do your own web search before going there. This guy does not deserve to be in business.
