Went there looking for a Ghibli and received the best customer service ever at a luxury dealership. They were very knowledgeable about the product and worked quite hard to get me an exceptional deal on a QP. Although me and my wife decided to postpone the car buying for a couple of month but when we are ready we are going straight back to Maserati of Manhattan to get a car. I you go there ask for Peter. He is very friendly and not pushy at all. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Maserati.

Please check out my review here as they service both Maseratis and Volvos now… be aware and my advise is to go somewhere else. Learn from my horrible experience so you don’t have to go thru it.

My boss purchased a car for about 10 months ago. What a horrible experience he has had. Two weeks after purchase it has been a nightmare. There were so many problems with the car; I do not even know where to begin. There was a problem with the steering wheel, transmission, air conditioning and it started making a strange noise, the customer service that I was given was very poorly given. These past 10 months with this car has given him headaches and problems. There is nothing that the people of the Maserati have done for my boss to accommodate for the problems he has been given. Hope this message is heard to see something can be done.

Maserati is the most worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They think their doing you a favor when you buy a car from them. When you bring it with an issue within the first month they tell you ‘you’re lucky it’s not worse and you should see what other cars issues are when they come in’. They gave my husband a claim # of which is useless. I am now hiring an attorney. They take your money for a joke. We are not talking about a cheap car and for all that money the service and car both are nothing I’ve ever seen or dealt with. I will be posting updates hereinafter.

RACISTS! I went with my husband to lease a Maserati. Manager said they can’t lease me because I have never leased a car before. Told me to get a cheaper lease first and then come back to them in a few years. He never returned my private information to me. And although I asked him to give me a copy of my credit report, he said he would and then didn’t. Don’t lease a Maserati from this dealer. They give this diverse city a bad name!

Excellent customer service that is very helpful. There is a nice stock of cars in the showroom, and you can go up to cars and take pictures and admire their splendor. The location does have a little «gift shop» where you can buy a t-shirt or small masarati accessory.
