Excuse me??? Extra sauce need pay for extra? I just asked for two honey mustard sauce, but the front desk said need to pay for extra to get second sauce (ordered 20 piece nuggets). First time be treated like this. Would never come back, don’t recommend.

This is actually pretty good. They’re really trying here, food, service, and tech working nicely together. The custom build is excellent. Definitely not the maccy d’s of old, but that might not please everyone.

This mcdonalds is phenomenal. Their mcflurry machine was actually working!

Das war genial und lecker noch dazu. Einzig die Sauberkeit des Schnellrestaurants hätte viel besser sein können.

This is the best McDonald’s in the city. The servers are impeccably detail-​oriented, deserving of a Michelin star. The food is exquisite, particularly their main course the Big Mac. I am also keen on their french fry and nugget appetizers. The ambience is lively and the patrons spirited — would avoid the bathroom, however. All in all, a must-​visit for anyone craving a high quality sit down meal.

This McDonald’s probably has the fastest service of all of them. The lines are usually short, even during lunch time. I’m always surprised by how quickly I get my food. Yes, I’m here for the Happy Meals again. I felt a bit bad though; two people ordered before me, and I still got my food before they did.
The people who hand off food are really kind. Even though it was really busy, she grabbed an assortment of toys for me to exchange for. That means four stars from me!
Like I’ve been saying, this is one of the nicer McDonald’s. It’s really clean, and there’s good seating. You can probably find a seat if you go before 12:30. Afterwards, it fills up pretty quickly. Also, I was here when a group of students came in, and they were joking around with each other, but yelling sort of obscene things at each other. One of the workers immediately told them off, saying they can’t say those sorts of things in here… that’s a good thing, isn’t it?
They also have an option to build your own burger, which looks interesting, and I didn’t realize McDonald’s offered that option. As one of the more modern/​updated (?) McDonald’s you can order your food from a kiosk, and fill your own drinks from what I still think is a really cool drink dispenser!
I’m not sure whether the price of Happy Meals have been raised, but $ 5? I can usually get a Happy Meal for under $ 5 even in Manhattan… Did they raise it from $ 2.99 in the month I haven’t eaten McDonald’s? If you plan on getting a Happy Meal here, I would suggest getting the Mighty Kids Meal. It’s so much more worth it; in the end I think it may be around 50 cents more? And you get like twice the fries (I have no idea how my friend ended up with two small fries– was it a mistake or does Mighty Kids Meal mean double the fries?). My friend took a soda instead of the apple juice, but there was no upcharge? We weren’t sure if they really don’t upcharge for a fountain drink, or if the cashier was new, because he looked like he was having trouble inputting her order. Yeah, I’m not sure how the Happy Meals work here.

Food is fine. Place looks good and equipment are new/​modern. Service is good (touch screen order display). You even get to build your own burgers!

Worst place in general I’ve ever been to, the one cashier working has no knowledge of anything related to taking an order. I know it’s McDonalds but dammn you’re still serving people’s food. The have the new «pick your burger» thing going and that’s probably the worst implement for a fast food place with uncivilized people. I really wish you could give negative stars.

Took 20 minutes for 2 mcchickens and a cheeseburger around 12:30am last night. They had 5 people working so not sure why that happened.

McD’s always gets a bad wrap, but this brand/​franchise is still the best fast food place on Earth. This specific one is my favorite in the city. The food and caramel frappes are always very consistently made, delicious, and they always make my frappé quickly when I come in. The place is pretty clean and very fast. Some of the other McD’s in NYC tend to be too crowded, extremely dirty, or the food just doesn’t taste that great. This one is slightly more expensive than the other ones I’ve been to in NYC, but they always make my drink the right way.

Pretty standard McDonald’s. What differentiates this one is the fact it has self service ordering terminals at the front where you place your order on large touch screen terminals. Cool, and perhaps more efficient? Either way it’s still a McDonald’s.

So if McDonalds employees go to $ 15/​hr will that mean that my burger will no longer look like a blind person made it?

Upgraded McD’s, with ordering kiosks to help speed up the lines, wifi, and regular waitstaff. They were cleaning the coffee machine, which was nice to see.
But sweet tea that wasn’t a $ 1? Ah, well, it was not going to be $ 1 everywhere.

Often times you go into McDonalds and you cannot tell one line from another. Many times I am standing there, simply craving a burger and some chicken nuggets, and I get lost in the shuffle of people. «Next!» I hear the woman at the front say but I blink and someone has beat me to the front. «Ouch!» says my stomach, as it shoots another hunger pang up my chest and to my heart. «Next! says the next woman. THe process repeats like the long, cold winter.
Flash forward to yesterday when I entered this McDonalds. Never seen them before but they have ropes designated to keep lines in check and orderly. For me this should be at every McDonalds/​restaurants moving forward. No more confusion. You can blink freely. Someone says next and you can take your time, take a deep breath, place the proper order, and perhaps have a good dinner. Hamburgers and chicken nuggets for all.

I don’t normally review McDonald’s because they are about the same around town.
Some are bigger and some are smaller.
Well, this one is across the street from my work place and since the price of coffee been climbing I started to visit here in the mornings and afternoons.
Why?
My cafeteria coffee is $ 2.00 large
Street cart coffee is $ 1.50 large
Mcdonald’s coffee is $ 1.00 large (plus tax)
Easy math!
And they are open 24-​hours.
Dinning area is kept pretty clean.

I came here for a quick lunch during work. Efficiently, cleaner but the food was standard. Then again you don’t expect beautiful presentation and top ingredients in your burgers here. With exception to McChicken which was as expected.
Bonus points for being open ²⁴⁄₇ as an optional to late night pizza, diner food, or food trucks.

This location was recently opened — less than 2 months ago — and they’re one of my go-​to spots for my morning java — it’s really hard to beat the $ 1 for any size coffee deal ($ 1.09 after taxes). McCafe surprises me because the quality of their coffee is actually pretty good around the world — slightly watered down when you purchase in NYC (much stronger coffee flavor even across the river in Jersey City), but good once I add in my preferred creamer.
This location is open ²⁴⁄₇ and they keep their floors and surroundings clean. Big +!
