Attended a Spiritual Workshop here hosted by Joe Nunziato. Space was compact, clean, and way overly warm like my NYC apt– you know what I mean, the steam heat is cranking and it’s good you’re wearing a tank top under your sweater so you can strip down before you melt entirely.
Definitely helped me to concentrate on the meditation once I wasn’t boiling in my own juice, so be warned that it gets hot in the class rooms. Joe, a local NYC guy that went California, knows his stuff. Through his meditations, I made a mental connection to some deep seated irritants and was able to air them and then use that new knowledge to confront someone in my life that needed a serious reality check from me. It moved that relationship forward to the next level and I physically felt more focused after the entire exchange.
Excellent that this venue is here for Spiritual types to hold meetings and classes. Check it out and ask at the desk what their calendar holds as often the website doesn’t reflect all the current happenings planned.
