Omg it’s the worst customer service we have ever had!, me and my fiancé wanted to buy $ 700 phone and salesperson refused to show us the phone, not only that she screamed at us and said to relax, what kind of salesperson treats customers like that! Never again we will step in to this location and I would sugest to all save headache frustration and go to another location, horrible customer sevice, the worst I have ever experienced!

There are other Metro PCS that you can go to this office has no idea what they are doing and when you want to return the waste they have sold you within the 7 days as contracted they refused to take it back.

The workers do not know what they are doing. I went to one worker and explained that I needed a sim card for my new unlocked phone. She was not sure if they even offered that service at the store, so I had to go to the other worker.
In the end, I paid $ 25 for a sim card (CASH ONLY) to go into my unlocked phone and they claimed my phone was unlocked and that it did not work.
So at the same time, she deactivated my phone number and gave me an unactivated sim card. She said that I can just stick my new sim card back into my old phone and everything will be fine.
Except that the sim card did not work with my old phone. The sim card also did not work on my friend’s unlocked phone. There was no data on the sim card.
