Yesterday I went into this T-Mobile location to transfer from another carrier to T-Mobile. When I walked in there was no line! I spoke with David in the store and he was funny and professional. He was incredibly helpful in explaining what I needed to do and helped me get a new phone.

I can’t believe the horrid service T-Mobile has if your not a business customer. I have a business account with multiple cell lines. When I call for any adds/moves/changes, the people are helpful, things happen quickly and I enjoy calling and having playful banter with the operator. I had to buy two pay as you go cell phones for people in training. I figured let me buy them in the city and I’ll get their credit card online and add $ 100 of minutes to each new line. First the store on 8th ave didn’t process the cell numbers correctly and that cost one day of waiting. Then I ran the credit card through online and it failed. That’s funny because its a business account. Ran it through again, another failure. WTF? I call T-Mobile(a different toll #) and there was NO playful banter. To purchase $ 100 in minutes, they had American express confirm I was the person, what car I was driving, who I pay my mortage with, etc. The WORST experience I had all week. After being transfered twice and faxing my credit card copy to T-Mobile, maybe I’ll be able to have the phones in use by today.
