HORRIBLE! Stay away from this place. I purchased a $ 200 jacket. The zipper broke after about 3 – 4 wears. Even though I had my receipt, they refused to swap it out or replace the broken zipper because it was outside of their return policy. I returned to the store first and the sales associate was completely unhelpful. After asking to speak to a manager and being denied multiple times, my conversation with said manager resulted in nothing but frustration. Terrible, terrible customer service. I will never shop there again!

Small cute store with a good selection of pricier pieces mixed in with some cheaper looking goods. The sales people could use a refresher course on being friendly, they always seem to be chatting with each other or on their phones, but other than that, it’s a good UWS staple and brings some more character to the neighborhood.

A dress I bought at the UWS location is pilling. The quality of the fabric is obviously poor. I wore it twice and paid $ 160. Sales staff said there’s nothing they can do.

This place is the BIGGEST rip off. They have over a 60% mark-up for their bags — plain daylight robbery. I found the same handbag that costed 108.00 $ in the store for $ 50.00 online. Why do they want to rip people off?!

I am extremely disappointed in this place. They have cute clothes, no doubt, but the customer service /store policies will make it certain that I never return. I bought a dress 12 days ago, that does not quite fit me. When I was worried about the purchase the saleswoman was pretty adamant that I looked great and it fit perfectly. Well, today I returned to the store to hopefully get my money back or at least store credit, only to be met with a flat-out NO. The tiny print on the receipt says you cannot return any item after 7 days. No store credit, no exchange for a different size, nothing — because I was 5 days late. So now I am stuck with a $ 200 dress that I can’t wear, even though there were a dozen on the rack making the exchange a simple process. The worst part is the same saleswoman lied to my face and claimed she told me that I only have 7 days to return, which was bold-faced lie. I NEVER would have made the purchase had I known the restrictions were so tight. When I asked for the owner, I was told she never visits the store and doesn’t have a voicemail so I will not be able to get in touch with her. There are millions of cute boutiques in NYC, and this place has lost my business forever. I suspect if they treat all customers the same way word will spread quickly.

Love this place! The manageable size, small but not at all claustrophic, allows for a handpicked mix of stylish but affordable pieces. They carry BB Dakota– one of my new favorite brands, and seemed to have prices below retail. I bought this dress: for $ 76 as opposed to the $ 85 listed on bb dakota’s website. It wasn’t even«on sale.» They also seem to have a nice selection of accessories such as wallets, scarves, purses, hats. Fell in love with a $ 92 leather clutch that might have me returning quite soon!
