i’ve seen this doctor twice. please read my whole review and don’t come here. they have inexperienced staff members that can somewhat speak english that operate machinery that they are not fully trained to use, resulting in redoing exams and very, very, very stressed out eyes. they are also very unprofessional. when i made my appointment over the phone for the first time, the receptionist addressed me as a woman. when i corrected her, she made it clear that«she thought i was a woman»(those were her words) and proceeded to laugh. if you make an appointment at 11AM, you will see the doctor at 3PM. but it’s not because it should take that long, but because the receptionists consistently messes up the order of the patients. they keep these folders in the back and one receptionist will tell you that there are 3 people ahead of you and another receptionist will tell you something different. andrew naing is VERY cold and curt. during my second visit, after waiting 3 hours to see the doctor and finally sitting inside the doctor’s office, he decided to order lunch with a staff member as i sat in silence waiting for the doctor to acknowledge my existence… afterwards, he noticed that the pictures the staff took of my eyes an hour prior weren’t even needed, so i had to redo them after waiting another set period of time. you will leave feeling confused, upset, and unresolved. see someone else.
