Wow, talk about a rapid decline!!! So, the last four times I ordered from this place they have been out of the items I wanted Their phone system is all kinds of messed up… and I have been waiting one and a half hours for a delivery! I think I’m done! It’s just pizza and total not worth the drama! Ok, so it just showed. The pizza is ICECOLD, I call and the guy on the phone told me, there is nothing he can do! Obsoletely the worst service in the area!!! Don’t do it!

I ordered the A Diavlo pizza and the Nutella pizza. –The Diavlo pizza was good. Not crazy about the crust, but I did like the toppings on the pizza. And if you are trying to be healthy but craving pizza this is the place. I would give the pizza as its self a 3.5 star rating plus you could taste the freshness in the great quality ingredients.(Also their pizza isn’t too oily at all, which is great.) –The Nutella pizza was quite the treat. defiantly should order that when you go.

The L’Americana pizza was amazing. Nice atmosphere. The wait was nearly nonexistent at around 5:00 P.M. on a Saturday as well. Definitely recommend it.

Really fresh organic ingredients, very tasty dough, sauces and cheese. Lovely spacious décor. The only problem is they take a llloooonnnggg time! Not good if you only get a 30 minute lunch.

I live just a few avenues away from Neapolitan Express in Harlem and I think their pizza is amazing. However, I was extremely disappointed when we ordered from seamless tonight. It took the order 1.5 hour to get here and the food was crazy cold. I am never ordering from them again. They need to sort out their delivery system or just go off seamless.

Sadly, I can’t even comment on the food taste/quality because I never got my delivery order. We ordered a pizza through Seamless on a Friday night. 2 hours later, no pizza. And their phone doesn’t even work! We called twice, had Seamless call, and the phone didn’t even ring. How can you run a business without a working phone? We live nearby and were SO excited to try their pizza because we have heard great things from friends. I’m very disappointed and hope they can resolve this issue so other customers do not have a poor experience like we did. When you are quoted on an hour wait for 1 pizza pie on a Friday night, it’s totally expected… but once 2 hours go by, it seems as if they completely forgot about you. Definitely not a good first impression.

Nice place for date night in East Harlem. Good pizza and attentive service. We go there regularly.

Had this two days in a row. It was good thin crust pizza. Probably due to its ovens the texture was different from a wood fired oven. It was a doughy chewy bread with nice acidic tomato sauce and cheese. There’s a nice crust but there’s still a nice chewy texture to it. I only had their pain red and white pizza. I prefer the red one.

I’ve got a list of reasons why this place is so GREAT and why it’s won my tiny heart over. 1) It’s around the corner from where I live. Convenience — check! 2) It uses ORGANIC ingredients and is made from scratch. Health conscious — check! — You might be thinking, «Pizza? Healthy? Okay, it’s not THE healthiest, but when you have a pizza made from fresh, organic ingredients one cannot complain! 3) It takes a minute for the pizza to be made! Fast and efficient — check! 4) The customer service is wonderful. The girls and everyone who works here are friendly and I even got a free pizza once because I’m a regular. How cool is that??! 4) This should probably have been the first thing I wrote about — IT’S DELICIOUS!!! Def try the Al Diablo pie if you like spicy things and you won’t regret it! We are obsessed with this.

A real gem in East Harlem. Looks like aliens dropped it here from a «cool» part of town. The pizza is remarkable. You can’t go wrong. All of them are extremely tasty.

Far and away the best pizza I’ve ever had, and I’ve critically eaten pizza in tons of cities and countries. It was so good here that immediately after finishing, I ordered a second. I ordered the Bianca and added salami to it. Delicious. My dining partner ordered a sandwich and loved it. I think part of the goodness of this place can be ascribed to the fresh organic ingredients they use. Service was sketchy, but I wasn’t in any kind of hurry, so that wasn’t an issue for me. Plus, it seems like they aren’t used to doing a lot of business at their brick and mortar location yet. The interior space is great, too.

got takeout here last night. pizza was pretty damn good! we tried the buffalo mozz margarita and a sopressata /mushroom pie. only complaint was the Kale Caesar salad. it was literally a handful of kale, a few chips of shaved parm and a side of dressing in a small container for $ 8.00. I’ll go back for the pizza, but will refrain from ordering a salad next time.

How cool is this spot! I’d seen the food trucks around town but this is their origin. I dropped in as part of Jane’s Walk, a tour of East Harlem. Max Crespo, the owner and an East Harlem local, talked with us for a minute about NE’s green philosophy. His trucks use clean energy — a rarity for refrigerated food trucks in NYC — and this gorgeous brick-and-mortar actually generates more energy via solar panels & mini turbines than it uses! The location is made entirely of restored & reclaimed materials, including the original building’s gorgeous wooden ceiling. But what matters is the pizza! When Max described the pizza-making process, I was a bit skeptical. An electric oven that bakes pizzas in one minute? Isn’t that heresy? Then the pies came out and all misgivings were instantly forgotten. Fresh, gooey, flavorful toppings on a perfectly baked crust. I get picky about crust, and NE’s is a star-crossed combo of soft, fluffy center and firm, crispy edges. In three words: NOMNOMNOM. Neapolitan Express proves that you can serve the community and the environment with a fantastic product. I can’t wait to return!

BYOB and large space. Perfect for a relaxing night. Staff are super cool there. The pizza dough was amazing. I could total just eat the crust itself. Toppings are fresh, but a little too wet which makes it a little hard to eat with hands. They can be more flavorful too I guess. In general it’s great food and great space. Will go back

To be honest with you, the only reason that this place even got two stars is because their staff is friendly. Granted, I am referring to the brand new location on Wall Street, which maybe doesn’t have its sea legs yet, and not the Harlem location, which I’ve never been to. On the other hand, when you’ve got 8 employees behind the counter and still can’t execute a decent pizza, that’s a problem — especially when your highest ticket personal pan costs fifty bucks. NYC has very high pizza standards, and, to be honest with you, this personal pan barely stacks up against Elio’s frozen pizza. It’s undercooked, oily, and tasteless. I’m really hoping that this place steps up its game, or it’s going to fail within a few months.

We went bottle in hand(BYOB– until they get a liquor license), and started with the kale caesar which was excellent, and I’m not a kale fan even. Then we shared the«A Diavolo» and the«Di Parma D.O.P.» pizzas, both of which were EXCELLENT. They are basically single serving pizzas, for piggies like us. The space is very cool, and HUGE(Even have room for their pizza trucks parked in same space– how cool is that??), the staff was very friendly, and we were even offered gratis wine(who could say no!?) from the owner or manager, who was super cool. Only thing that could be improved in my opinion is a decent sound system… That would make the already very nice space really come together. We even made new friends with a couple sitting next to us… very unusual in this city! We cant wait to return and try everything else on the menu. Really an amazing addition to the ‘hood, and if you live in East Harlem you owe it to yourself check this place out, and we all should support places like this!

My new favorite pizza place! Really well done pizzas. Great on time delivery. Perfect size. Not a long menu, but whatever they serve is classic variety. I ordered the margerita and the verde. Cheese was delicious, crust was perfect, right proportion of sauce to toppings. I short they are very gormet. The price is really good. Also they use the pizza box company which was featured on shark tank(great concept — was an added bonus for me who is a shark tank addict). I live in upper east. Among the options that deliver here … this is by far the best!

One of the best. Rivals Patsy’s although it is a bit of an apples to oranges comparison(NY vs Neapolitan). That being said, one of the best Neapolitan’s I’ve ever had. Atmosphere is fantastic — truly a gym for the neighborhood. The price is right. BYOB until they get a bar which makes it even more affordable; great for a night out with the missus. Diavola delicious. Nutella sandwich generally very good for dessert. Can’t recommend enough.

We came here to avoid the snow and enjoy a quick coffee. Little did we know that we were some of the first customers to experience the storefront home-base of the Neapolitan empire. The espresso was amazing and the service incredibly quick and accommodating. On the way out we had the opportunity to speak with the owner about how amazing the space we just experienced really was. The entire building is not only green it’s actually carbon-negative and the additional power generated is being sold to Con-Ed to clean power other NYC properties! There is a green space on the roof and all materials in the beautifully appointed interior are salvaged or reclaimed. A truly beautiful building from a kick-ass, established NYC pizza empire making all the right moves.

Pizzas and salad were delicious!!! The restaurant is beautiful, cute, and clean. But the waiter was just terrible and he only had to wait two tables. It was rather frustrating. But the pizza was really yummy.
