I’ve been going to Dr. Gross for years! When I tell people I love my dentist, they think I fell off a truck and hit my head really hard, because really, who in their right mind would love their dentist?! But believe me, if you’re looking for a dentist, absolutely go to Dr. Gross and you’ll see why I think he’s great. He and his staff are very pleasant and professional, they see you at your scheduled appointment, he actually makes any pain-related procedures as pleasant as possible, etc. A couple of years ago, I had to have a dental implant and my oral surgeon happens to have an office in the same building. Just so happened, Dr. Gross knew the oral surgeon, and they worked together to coordinate my care and insurance processing. Dr. Gross also made me a night guard because apparently, I do some grinding of my teeth at night when I sleep. Almost everyone I know who wears a night guard hates it, but mine is SO well-fitting and comfortable, I forget I have it in and I sleep all night without it bothering me and I can fully close my mouth while I’m wearing it, but it stops me from grinding my teeth so I don’t wake up with a headache. The hygenists are TOPNOTCH, and I feel like I have a brand new mouth when I walk out of there! It’s easy for me to maintain my two times a year check ups with this office because everyone in the office makes the experience as pleasant as possible.

I have been seeing Dr Gross for almost 5 years now and since I visited recently, I thought I would update my review. He still has a friendly staff and his hygenists do an excellent job of cleaning teeth. Dr Gross is very thorough when looking at x-rays and examining teeth, but he is also very friendly, easy going and nice. As stated in my earlier reviews, this is a good thing as some people are terrified of the dentist, so he puts you at ease when you are there. I went recently to replace an old filling. It was my first cavity /drilling related event since I started going to Dr Gross. He did an excellent job numbing me up without too much needle pain and used enough anesthesia so I got through the procedure without pain, but not so much that my face slid off of my skull. The whole time, he was asking how I was doing and if I was ok, etc. All went well and I was out of there in no time.
