Wow, I didn’t expect this place to have poor reviews. It’s no Lowes in terms of customer service kool-aid culture, but these guys have listened to my plight on many occasions, and provided great recommendations. Also, they’re a modest neighborhood hardware shop, so the music and chit-chat is good vibes to me.
Today I went in to buy a carpet cutter. I could have gotten the job done with scissors or a pocket knife I had at home, but it was worth the money spent to do the job in ¹⁄₃ of the time. They helped me pick out a good quality cutter that will probably last me for life.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
I have shopped at this hardware store several times out of convenience since it is close to my apt. Without exception, every time service is worse than bad, these guys are extremely rude and most unhelpful, they become annoyed when asked a question because its interrupting their loud music listening. When you do get their attention they
regularly say, «no we don’t have it» to avoid any work on their part. After 20 min of self searching, you will most likely find it buried inside somewhere. All this for a store that charges 30% more than many other similar stores. If I could give minus stars I would.
