Awesome place for happy hour, weekends are wild with a young crowd but that’s expected in the LES. The bartenders are super friendly and take care of their customers. I love this place!

The name of here is accurate! This place is waq! Music was NOT good. People only knew how to push you and stand looking down at their phones. I’ve never been pushed this much at a club. Waste of time. Don’t even bother! No fun is no fun!

This place is not it. At all. So first its super crowded but okay you think it’s because it’s poppin. No. It was weird techno music and people just standing around on their phones. And when they weren’t staring at their phones they were pushing, I do not play that. Then someone dancing(off beat i might add) spilled a drink on me as his douchey frat bro friends laughed… Mannnn that place and a majority of the folks in there were straight corny. wont be coming back.

Pretty pricey drinks but just as the name says it’s No Fun. Actually, JK! It’s a blast. Went on a Saturday, Dancing was fun not too crowded if u get there before 10. When we left(after dancing to really good music at around 1130) the line was super long! Glad we missed the rush

Small bar with a dancing floor. The atmosphere and music after midnight is pretty good in this bar and there are tons of people. You gotta wait a bit outside if it’s on the weekend. Cover fee is $ 10, which is fine.

This bar is awful. The bouncers are assholes. I had an awful experience without even getting in. I’d never recommend a bar in which it takes over 20 minutes to get in and the bouncers will let girls cut the line over guys. There also so many more better bars in the area that I would go to over this place. Hair of the dog, one and one, DL, and hotel Chantelle are all superior options in the area.

This place is literally no fun my friend’s 23rd birthday it was yesterday we literally just left this place five minutes ago and the bouncer told us that we could not go in because her ID expired on her birthday yesterday, ridiculous that the guy would not let my friend in because her IDEXPIRED24 hours ago. but really no fun and you need to get new door staff we had four girls with us it’s not like we were ugly either or guys what bar in the city turns down four girls? Bar looked like a total sausage fest from the outside

I usually know what I’m in for when I go out in the LES but jeesh I forgot how grim No Fun was. Here’s the thing, if you are like ~3 years or less out of college, have a lot of energy, no Sunday commitments and a tolerance of freezing temperatures, then I know that No Fun will be your jam. It is admitedly fun when you’re hammered out of your mind. When you’re not, it’s a looney house. I know that people complain about the lines, but I feel like they are understandable given the mosh posh of people inside. Sometimes you literally just can’t walk because there are so many people, not that this will stop the bouncers inside from blinding you with their flashlights while they scream at you to «MOOOOOVE!». I’ve also been groped at least twice every time I go here — and it’s the«oh I didn’t mean to graze and linger on your ass as I was passing by».

My friends & I were in the area kind of bar hoping a bit this place ended up being one of the stops because one of the friends suggested it. We came in no line which was good looking at some of the reviews doesn’t seem likes it’s a pleasant thing to do here … No problems getting in. Nice little place, the bar is pretty big, everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves they had decent music playing. We hung out by the bar are since there was no place to sit, drinks we came here specifically for the Caipirinha due to our Brazilian friend who mentioned they made then pretty good here & he was correct they did make them pretty good this is a hard drink to make only because if not made correctly it can taste like crap the bartender did good he seemed to know our friend always a good thing. We ended staying for a little bit of time not bad music was good & the place wasn’t crazy packed. Good atmosphere here, service was good not sure on price since the guys got the drinks but overall all we enjoyed ourselves.

This place is weird. We waited on line for quite some time and people who clearly knew the bouncers skipped ahead(typical bar/club nature I guess). Luckily, there was no cover that night. Inside is more of a railroad style where the bar leads to the dance floor. Space wise, the set up is all out of whack. The bathrooms are smack dab in between which is not conducive to the flow of people at all. The bartenders were nice and the drinks weren’t overly priced which is good. But that dance floor… I don’t know if the crazies were out that night, but the vibes were just so weird and it was a hot mess. The music was decent but it was so cramped and sweaty I couldn’t really get past the entrance since it was person-to-person crowded. Also! Some guy was dancing on a table and going wild and fell on a group of group of people. Yeesh, No thanks. We didn’t end up staying long. But I would give No Fun another shot. Maybe for their happy hour since that’s what people seem to enjoy here.

How is this place still in business??? Do not go!!! They advertise drink specials and cheap drinks I ordered a can of rolling rock($ 3 – 4?) and a house wine($ 6 – 7?). Gave the guy a 20 and he brought me back one dollar change. I asked him how it was 19 dollars. He said its six for the beer and 12 for the wine. Still a rip off but not 18. Actually it was 7 for the can of rolling rock he said The wine was from a six dollar 1.5 Liter of white whine and a rolling rock costs 50 cents Place is a rip off and unfriendly staff Avoid avoid avoid

I’ve always wanted to try this bar, but I never got around to visiting it until last week! Went here after work to join a friend for some drinks. I order a «Ring of Fire» and it was made to perfection! Our bartender, Vinny, was also amazing! He was quick, and he always made sure we were happy with our drinks and food. We ordered the mussels, and it was very tasty. I was hesitant at first because of the blue cheese, but surprisingly it went well together. The place is spacious and clean. all in all, Good vibes, good drinks, good food, and good bartenders! I will definitely be back!

Such a cute place. Grabbed a drink with a friend and the whole place had such chill vibes even though it was early and a bit empty; it was a Monday, after all. Bartender was quick and kind. Handled my transaction and drink before helping others which is much appreciated when I really just want to grab my drink and sit down at a table. New School Negroni was delish. $ 10 with happy hour pricing. The bar area was nice and cool even with the front windows wide opened. The windows! *insert heart eye emoji* Huge and spacious. Comfy padding for even the boniest of butts(I have plenty of padding but I imagine). The breeze is delicious when in front of those windows and perfect once the sun goes down. Air conditioning on one side, fresh breeze on the other. The only negative to the windows is people enjoy their cigarettes on the bench right outside of them so sometimes you get a whiff but it really never got overwhelming for me. Tons of seating and tables. Music is just at a perfect volume where you can find that balance of hearing your conversation and rocking to some good jams. Tables are spaced out well enough that you don’t feel like your eavesdropping on someone’s conversation. After happy hour ended, the crowd really picked up. No fun, y u so fun?!

Back in NY visiting family No Fun my babe No Fun Called up my buddies to go to the old stomping grounds. Never usually go out before 9pm but did like never before. Hadn’t seen this place in my last time home — but the windows wide open called out to me. Sat perched by them and soaked in the street sounds on one side, good tunes, drinks, and comfy décor on the other. Later there was a magic room behind red velvet curtains. It got packed, but good man John from Wexford promises me that’s by design and I was fine with that. Come early, stay late — don’t like sweating the night away then you’re No Fun my babe No Fun!

LOVETHISPLACE I stumbled upon it one fateful Friday night with my bestie. We were hungry and saw the taquito place across the street(highly recommend)!!! We asked the awesome gents where we should go to meet high quality hotties and they directed us across the street! We had an absolute blast because the drinks were delish and the dance floor(though small) was hopping. I’ve been to No Fun on weekends and also weeknights. I think Thursdays are my favorite night of the week because there is more room on the dance floor! I travel to NYC a few times a year for work and make it a point to visit No Fun during every trip. I have introduced No Fun to a bunch of my local NYC friends and they are all also obsessed. It’s pretty much the only place I know I can namedrop to get my Jersey and Brooklyn friends to cross the river! When I have visitors, I always take them here. My bf is also a huge fan because of the fun dancing and yum drinks! Here’s a dream night itinerary in the LES that you should try if you live here or are visiting and want to experience this amazing neighborhood: 1. Taquitos at Taquitoria 2. Drinks/Dancing at No Fun 3. Dancing at Pianos 3. Dancing at 200 Orchard a couple blocks away! LOVELOVELOVE

*** Like it’s name suggests *** There really is nothing I could review here. The name says it all – no fun. I was really unimpressed by the place. There was a long wait when we were there and we got in we realized why. It was packed to the rim. So packed that you could barely move. The drinks were decently priced and the bartenders were accommodating, but I honestly wouldn’t deal with this place again. People were completely wasted and uncontrollable here.

Awesome place in Lower East Side. Bar in the front and then when you go to the back has an area with the DJ and a large place to dance. There are a few places to sit with tables, which my friends and I had managed to claim and put our jackets down. Otherwise, it was $ 2 for coat check-in, which isn’t horrible for NYC. We went on a Saturday night and the crowd was great and so was the music. The drinks were also decently priced. We didn’t have any problems with bartenders or getting drinks. We stayed until they had to kick us out and they were pretty reasonable with us. Out of the 3 places we bar-hopped that night, this was my favorite. Overall, NOFUN was actually A LOTOFFUN!

Okay, I personally hate this place but I have to rate it for what it is. It’s not a traditional nightclub, I don’t think I paid a cover last time I was there but if there is one it’s probably 10 dollars. This is a small, cramped, sweaty, smelly place to dance. The drinks aren’t outrageously expensive, but they aren’t dirt cheap either. However, compared to meat packing or a decent place they are fairly inexpensive. The crowd is young, mostly under 25. They bump you, have poor manners and are usually wasted. So when I have come here it must be after several drinks… Music is decent they usually have a good mix of genres going on. I still think this is a much worse version of Pianos… Expect to wait online unless you know someone or have a reservation/party going on. If you arrive earlier in the night you shouldn’t be waiting too long. I hope not to be back soon!
