I highly recommend this company. My company has been using them for almost a year and haven’t had a complaint yet. The staff is professional, courteous and leave our property in TOP condition. The consistency of their work is good even when a different person reports to our site. They’ve provided us emergency services with less than 3 hours notice. Overall they are a great company.

I HIGHLY recommend this company! I recently hired them to clean my apartment (that by the way was a total disaster due to a party we had the night before) they did an awesome job!
Besides the spotless cleaning they cleaner organized everything so perfectly! The apartment smelled great when I opened my front door. I will defiantly be using this company again!

Cleaning job really could have been better
I recently had NYC Top Maid do a deep cleaning for an apartment I was renting out. The unit was entirely empty and should have been relatively easy to manage in an hour or two.
However on inspection after the cleaning, I noticed the floors still were dirty in some areas, and in the bathroom, the mirror and medicine cabinet hadn’t been touched. I figure this to be an oversight, but still — it stings to pay $ 120 for a clean out and then spend 45 mins cleaning up after the cleaners.

Patrice and NYC Top Maid is the best you can get in the cleaning industry. I own a 2000sq/ft co-working and event space in Bushwick Brooklyn. We host weddings, baby showers and birthday parties on the weekend. Every Sunday night after the events, Patrice and her team transforms my space back to office setting, seamlessly. I have the best experience communicating with Patrice. She understands the difficulties a small business owner would run into and is extremely flexible and considerate. I consider myself lucky to have found her and have been building a great relationship with her company.
I can not operate my business without Patrice and her team’s help. Highly recommend, everyone.

Awesome service
House looks and smells clean
The maids that come over dont want you to lift a finger they are willing to do laundry windows changing of sheets dog clean up
Lisa is amazing she will climb up and down to get a spot on walls open windows to do both sides.
Patrice Jordan is great she accommodates last minute changes offers to send teams for painting services
Would recommend them to anyone
