Worst experience ever! I took some blouses to get dry cleaned there and they gave me back one of them with a hole in it! And then they refused to acknowledge it or take it off my bill or even apologize. Terrible customer service. NEVERGOTHERE! They don’t take care of the clothes or the customers.

The epicenter of the ghetto on Amsterdam Ave. on the UWS. It spills out the front door and leaches up the block infesting everything. It’s the same block home to Papa John’s «Pizza», so what do you expect. Old machines. I’m talking circa 1980’s old machines. No AC. FYI… oscillating house fans screwed into the wall are not good climate control in the Summer. And having them turned on would be helpful… Maybe. The entire floor shakes when one machine goes into spin. It’s some scary shit when two go at it at the same time. Someone is going to wind up in the basement and on the news one day. And then they have the nerve to charge 25¢ for a 6 min. dry. The average is 8 min. and that’s at fully remodeled laundrymats with brand new dryers. Ugh. Do yourself a favor and walk uptown a couple of blocks.

This laundromat is terrible. It’s dirty and the male owner is a jerk. The machines break frequently and one of them bleached a few of my items because they are not cleaned properly. They also don’t have enough machines for everyone — I have to get there at 7:30 in the morning when they open or the wait time is ridiculous. The one on Columbus in the lower 80s seems to have a lot more to work with. It’s the closest laundromat to me so i have tolerated it for years; however, this morning the owner was so rude to me after I improperly used his half-BROKEN washing machine. He was extremely condescending — so much that I had to call him an a-hole in front of his customers, which I would never normally do. It’s so not worth the treatment I get that I’m probably going to pay more to do a drop-off service somewhere else or hike a bit further from my place to the location on Columbus.
