I came to the store to get an iPad and they were very helpful in finding the right device for me. They were very warm and personal and I do need a lot of help with using the tablet and they are always willing to help. To all my friends and family I do recommend coming to this store for any services you need.

I recently switched from ATT to Verizon, among other reasons because of the great deal Verizon is now offering. Vic and the other staff at One World Wireless couldn’t have been more knowledgeable or helpful, and now I have a perfectly functioning new iPhone 6S. I would highly recommend to anyone the personal service at One World Wireless.

I worked with Shireen and Vic and they were outstanding. I have been to a lot of Verizon stores in the city and none of them treated me so well. They fixed all my problems and explained my options clearly. They will be my new store of choice when it comes to my phone and iPad.

These guys are fantastic. A neighborhood Verizon shop that brings real value to the client. They always find a way to get the best possible deal on monthly Verizon rates. They also fix iPhone screens within an hour of drop-​off. I work in IT and I would vouch for them any day. Love these guys!

These guys and ladies are the ones I trust when my phone goes down and I need someone to be VERY diligent in getting my old contacts retrieved. The team at One World knows EVERYTHING about Androids and iPhones and they are great with questions after you’ve already bought the phone. They take the time to do it right and they’ve never steered me wrong in my evolution from Blackberry to Android to iPhone.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Vic and Melissa were great. When I walked in I was in desperate need of a new phone and I was looking for a phone to match my some of my old phones features, I am glad to say they delivered. After visiting five or so different Verizon, AT&T and Best Buy stores asking various complicated questions about how to replace a destroyed phone and/​or get new plans, we finally ended up here to make a final decision…
How fortunate for us that we did! Vic and his team listened to all our complicated questions and came up with a brilliant, multi-​faceted solution that will save us a ton of money in the long run — which none of the other stores were able to figure out for us despite our inquiries. They talked us through the best way to get two new phones at a discounted rate despite being bound to frustratingly limited contracts, and even waived some of the fees to help us out more!
The friendly and knowledgeable staff made what could have been an agonizing nightmare into a fun evening hanging out at a warm, neighborhood shop rather than an anonymous corporate branch.

Everyone here is ridiculously nice and friendly and totally helpful.
It sounds silly to say, but no matter how sad you are about your lost or broken phone, you kind of cheer up as soon as you walk in.
The staff all seem to actually like each other, so the atmosphere is seriously lovely.
And the biggest bonus is once you find these guys, you’ll never have to drag yourself into the cattle car they call The Apple Store.

Yes, Vic is amazing – so is Melissa. I have been a client of Vic’s for many years – before this Verizon store was open because I’ve lived in the neighborhood for so long. After he left his other store many years ago, I followed him to this store to stay a client of his. They are both knowledgeable and he can give you the best deal. He really gives people what they want and gives them fast service.
It’s always busy in phone stores in general, and always seems like a task you dread doing because it always takes so long. I was just there last week to upgrade to the iPhone 6 and left my phone with him, ran a few errands, came back to check in, then ran a few more errands. It was easy because he is accommodating! Last week I was looking for an iphone, I went to apple on 14^th street, and I had the worst customer service experience, so I couldn’t by what I was needing! It seems like no one cares if you don’t go with a clear idea of what you want.
I was looking to start using an iphone for the first time.
Finally, I decided to go to this shop for some advice and VIC was the person in charged. He has a great ability to understand customer needs. He did not only provided me with the phone that I was needing but he also exceeded my expectations giving me advice on the things that should be looking for on phone.
Patient, Polite and very amicable, he proposed my actual phone which I love!!! plus extra things that I was not planning to get.
I definitely recommend to go to this store, ask for VIC he is amazing!

I did not know about this store until my boyfriend told me. He spoke highly of their service, so I decided to give them a try. My boyfriend walked me in and introduced me to the staff that had previously helped him. They were very friendly and very very professional. I have never had a service like that at a Verizon store. Usually the representatives talk to you and then move on talking to other costumers, in this store I had the undivided attention. They helped me with my new iPhone 6 and they made sure my plan was in place, they also gave instructions on what I should do with my old iPhone 4. I am very pleased with their service, and I will definitely make this store my next «to go usual» store, for everything in the future. I will also easily refer friends, since I have experienced first hand their amazing service. I recommend this store to everybody.

I’ve been going to One World Wireless for my mobile phone needs for several years now, and I think Vic and his team do a fantastic job of counseling me on both new available smartphones, as well as new Verizon plans. They also do a great job in advising me on what add on accessories and features I should purchase to make my life easier.
Vic and his team worked hand in hand to help me upgrade from a Droid 2, to a Samsung Galaxy S3, to now a Samsung Galaxy S5. Along with that, he’s counseled me on what Verizon plans best meets my needs, with a goal of also saving me money.
Smartphones and carrier plans change very rapidly in the marketplace. and it’s hard to keep up with the latest technology advances. With that said, I need someone to look after me and my best interest.
That someone is Vic and his team. So for those of you that are like me and want to make good «buy» decisions, look no further. I highly recommend consulting Vic and his team. They truly are the best at what they do.

I always continue to go here for all of my new mobile phone and service needs. I find everything that I am looking for in cases, protective screen covers, and mobile accessories. The staff are very helpful and responsive to my needs. They are knowledgeable about the products and services plans.

This is NOT a Verizon store. They can sell you a Verizon phone and add it to your account, but there are extra fees you must pay since they are not an official Verizon store.
In order to mail the phone that I just purchased to my mom, I had to pay an extra $ 350 if I didn’t want to activate it right away. I obviously didn’t want to cut off my mom’s service for a few days while the phone was in the mail. So I asked for a refund and was charged a $ 35 «restocking fee». This was after I had to wait 5 days for this store to order it from an _​actual_​Verizon store, because it was out of stock to begin with.
