After receiving Pete Millar shirt for a gift. I was thrilled to see there new store on Madison ave. My first perchance 4 shirts. The experience was luke warm at best. Finally a sweet sales associate (Ashly) approached me and asked if she could help.
I remember thinking… maybe it’s because new shipment had been delivered. And boxes on the selling floor. I popped in today Saturday 17^th 2015. To purchase 3 more shirts. I found the environment to be very cold. As if I shouldn’t of been in their store. I referred two of my clients to this new location. I feel silly now. There was an African-​American woman reading your textes. No associated asked me for my contact information for future sales. I too I am in the service Industry. I charge $ 200 men’s Haircuts every ½ hour. My client base is on the Forbes list. Could not dream of treating my clients like what I experienced. Closing not matter what skin color you are. We all should be treated the same. But Are not unfortunately. I will shopping at Peter Millar in the future.
