Nice restaurant and nice workers. I really enjoy to be there. The service was good, food was tasty and they obliged with omitting the chillies from my husbands choice of food. I recommend this restaurant to everyone

Fun little place to stop in and have a beer. We came in, grabbed a few drinks, and headed on to the next stop. Nothing stands out but at the same time nothing was terrible. I’d definietly go back if I were in town.

Good food and atmosphere, but not great service. And $ 15 for a tiny burger and $ 7 for a Bud light draft? Ouch.

This is very nice and warm place to go with your loved one. I came here with my boyfriend three times without reservation and they gave us lovely place to sit right away every time. Nice music and low lounge lights, very nice staff as well, thanks Carlos for his helpful recommendations, we’ll be coming back for sure.

With other options being a 45 to 60 minute wait in the area we tried this place and were seated in a few minutes. Not a great sign of quality but at least the reviews are generally good. For me it was a caesar salad and lamb sliders with a beer. Service was generally good, the music was too loud(though it was a Friday night), and the food was okay. Nice for the backup plan it was but probably not a primary target for the future.

Stopped in for a drink while waiting for our dinner reservation. Bartenders have awesome accents, and they have a very unique Irish Cider I’ve never had before.

Classic dark, Irish pub with beers and greasy(but decent) bar food. Exactly what you think its going to be. Wouldn’t say it was good or bad, it is what it is. I come here randomly for happy hour cause they have good drink specials but this bar is nothing to write home about.

Standard Irish pup. They have a lunch special for $ 11 dollars they advertise so I went in and ate at the bar. Good to have a cheaper sit down place in the neighborhood. They have a better-then-average beer selection as well if your into craft brews!

This place rocks. The food is fantastic, and they show the games. Just wish they had the NFL package on direct TV. Then they’d be perfect. But seriously, great food, great drinks. Great pumpkin cider!

You’d never know that you can get the best margarita in town. Have Enda make it for you… cuz he’s he best! Love this place for after work drinks! Never disappointed!

My companion liked the«Irish Man Candy» behind the bar. As for me, haven’t been here in near a decade, and it really hasn’t changed. Sometimes, lack of progress is a good thing!

Went on a random Thursday night and to my surprise there was a live band playing. The band was awesome and the bartender was super friendly… Irish accent, and even offered me some tastings before I committed to a beer. Definitely plan on going back!

Rarely to I wander to the wilds of the UES(I guess this is mid-town but it seems like the UES to me). A strange and wondrous land filled with just tons of white people. Diversity isn’t the forte on the UES. Stopped in for drinks and a quick bite. Got a 2 top outside, and the happy hour cocktails were a flowing! I got a ‘Bad Ginger’ which was delicious and my friend got something else that was more on the fruity side, but she dug it. I also got the Southwest Wrap which was delicious! I mean it may have been your standard pub fare, but that’s all I needed. Great waiter(strong Irish accent) and just a chill vibe all around. I would definitely hit it up to start the evening or end a long Friday.

Had an awesome time here with a reservation for 6 to watch a ranger game. Service was top notch from the polite and accommodating hostess on the phone to the floor manager on the second floor. I think the hostess was Marilyn. Good food and they kept the liquor flowing while I watched my rangers game 7 demise. Thanks p&w

Cool spot for happy hour! Always reliable for a good time and a great place to meet friends. Live music and/or dj’s on certain nights. Bartenders make awesome drinks. I love the chocolate martini!!!

First and foremost this place is WAY overpriced. It’s a pub but I had to pay 16 for a sandwich with fries. The food was good(not amazing… just good) but that in no way warrants the amount of money spent for what I received. And to make matters worse, the prices they showed online was much less than the prices they actually had when we got there. I don’t know what that’s about but I anticipated spending a certain amount of money and then ended up spending more. We went in around lunch time and I guess they have a different set up for later in the day but as we eating they started moving all of the tables around us and putting all the chairs away, eventually(because we were still eating) we were the only table left and we really felt this pressure to leave so they could continue changing out the tables. I found that pretty annoying. There is no way I’d return here.

Drinks at the bar: I had some family in town and this bar was close to their hotel, so we met for pre-dinner drinks. Usually I’m weary of Irish pubs in NYC, but I was pleased upon arrival. The place was clean and nice on the inside, I’ve definitely seen much much worse. The bartender(Nile, nice guy) remembered my aunt and uncle and introduced himself to me. Very friendly. There are plenty of happy hour deals on the menu, and I believe it goes from 4 – 7. $ 5 drafts, in addition to wines, sangria, and other cocktails. They also have general drink specials posted on the wall if you want to continue discount boozing after 7. The bathroom was clean and stocked. I didn’t eat but the kitchen looked poppin’ and whatever they were cooking smelled delicious(if you smelllllllll what the chef is cookin’!). After happy hour ended, I switched to Guinness, which is the ultimate test of an Irish bar. It was a perfect pint. Just by tasting it I could tell the lines were cleaned and they were using the proper gas ratio, not to mention double-poured into the proper glassware. I tried a few more pints just to be sure, you know, market research. The check came and it seemed to have a few buybacks, what a nice bartender. I’m not going to list the total because it would be unfair to those buyback-less souls, but it was quite reasonable. …and they take plastic, of course. Definitely pop in and have a pint or 8 if you’re in the area, one of the nicer Irish pubs in the city.

Chill place for a drink. We were in the area after a Unilocal event and wanted to keep the night going. The area seems pretty desolate for social venues, but this place was decent for a Saturday night. They have a DJ on Saturdays — pretty awful. They played mainly 80’s music — BAD80’s music. Not sure if they were catering to the older-bachelorette party crowd, but the music playing before the DJ came on was better. I could barely get through another hour listening to it. Otherwise — if you don’t care about awful 80s music from movie soundtracks, then this is an easy place for a hanging-out drink on a Saturday night.

This place is meant for post-work drinks, so I would definitely not recommend it for dinner or food. Unless you are in the mood for bar food(aka burgers, fries, nachos, etc.) this is not the place to go. Not only is it really pricey, the food is average at best — though there are many options. No complaints otherwise — but still could be fun to check out for drinks only!
