do not order anything from this business. ordered online, they charged my credit card and nothing. i have reported to my bank and the local better business association.

Please do yourself a favor, do NOT order or buy anything from this store offline.
I called three times and spoke to three different staff members (including the supervisor), to cancel my order that has not been shipped or processed yet. The first worker told me that my order cannot be cancelled because it was being processed and orders can not be cancelled when they are in processing mode. After this call, I checked on their website and it says that an order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped or entered the shipping process. I called back and told the second worker this. She told me that my order is on the truck and is ready to be shipped. I told her I wish to still have my order cancelled because I was not provided with any tracking number so how do I know she is telling me the truth about my order. Then, the supervisor came on the phone who told me that my order cannot be cancelled because it is in the «shipping processing phase.» I told him again, I have not received my tracking number or any sort of email after the order confirmation email was sent 4 days prior.
Overall, just do not do business with this store or company. Do yourself a favor and just order or buy from a different Army and Navy Store ;)

I stumbled upon
looking for hard to find stuff and realized that they have a «break and mortar» store not too far from me. So I decided to pay a visit.
The store is very nice and stacked with lots of stuff.
They carry a large number of brands and offered to special order for me when i asked for item they happened not to have in stock at the moment.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and I managed to get exactly what I wanted — I was very pleasantly surprise as i didn’t expect much from a small neighborhood shop.
Way better that «the mall experience»!
I added Army and Navy to my «favorite places» and they definitely will see me again.
