I went inside today looking for some relatively inexpensive, waterproof winter boots to deal with the current melting snow around the area. I also needed to replace my old boots that I unfortunately left behind in another state. The store is all on one floor and the areas were clearly sectioned off and orderly. There was one associate in the footwear department who did ask me if I needed assistance to which I declined his help. But he was always around if need be and I observed him offering assistance to every customer who walked into his department. I eventually settled on a pair of Smith boots for $ 40 and brought it up to the cashier who was cheerful and friendly. She rang me up, offered me the store credit card (again) and bid me adieu on my way out. I will say I loved that she threw the credit offer away upon my decline. Most of them just continue to push the card. And they had a pretty decent sale in clearance items going. I will return to this location again for shoes purely because it was the best experience I’ve had with this chain in a while.

Excellent customer service. Workers there are very nice and take care of any questions or concerns you may have. I purchase from this location regularly and it is always a pleasant experience.

Cashier, shivani, is rude…

They are good but the quality is pretty ehh, it gets the job done, but honestly its not what it use to be or what it could be, needs better customer service. They do have a nice lil 10% military discount, its not much, but i appreciate it ALOT, cause anything is better than nothing

I have been in this modell’s a few times and never had any desire to buy anything. They don’t have anything good and when you look for something specific they don’t have it and probably will never have it. They have a poor selection of items This would be a last and useless resort if I was looking for something. I have never seen any good sales or anything I hope they fix this place up because it is in a really good location but parking sucks.

I went here today to look for some dumbbells. They had anywhere from 3lb dumbbells to 50 lb and above. The store is smaller than I expected because a few years ago, the space was a multiplex movie theater. However, they only have one floor. The dumbbells were easy to find in the fitness section. The line was not long, thankfully. The cashier was polite and patient as my mother scrutinized the receipt (for two items). But whatever. I got what I needed.
