Yummy froyo BUT I ordered delivery a large regular and a small Nutella. Both were yummy but upon eating off the top swirl I found both of them hollow. I’m not talking about skimping a little I’m talking about you can see the ridges and stick quarters in the center of both of the cups and the quarters not even touch the froyo which only lined the edge of the cups. I posted photos to show what I’m talking about. Disappointed.

Do not order delivery from this place! Two hours waiting for them to deliver and as if that’s not bad enough, they had the audacity to give us rotten fruit. Totally unacceptable… Seems it’s time for a health inspection.

Zero stars. Horrible customer service. Don’t ask for any sample cups here because you will be followed to the machine and given an attitude and talked about for asking for a sample cup?

Can’t even use my mobile phone wallet. Rude employees, why is this place so slow and crappy? Other Red Mangos never have this problem. The yogurt here is the only reason why this gets 2 stars.

Love Red Mango– not this store. Limited flavors, small, often no air in the summer. If you would like to sample a flavor it takes FOREVER. Which leads me to the staff, the slowest, rudest people you will encounter in your day. I don’t know how it physically possible to move that slow. And the reward club. you have to give them your number five times, they must just give up because I never get points. How hard can it be ???

The three stars are for the fresh toppings but the other two are missing due to the lack of service.

Yogurt is good, but BEWARE inaccurate scale and numerous short change if paying by cash. Happens too often to be just a mistake. Maybe they think visitors to NYC are unfamiliar with our currency.

You gottttttttta have the white peach flavor. Delish. Get in mah belly. Bit pricey, as most of these weigh-and-pay yogurt places are.

Simple frozen yogurt store. Not exciting to say the least. Topping for yogurt as fruits, candies, and cereal.

They don’t have a scanner for a gift card from Google wallet. So I had to pay the full price.

This review is for delivery. 2 hours later and I’m told that the order was lost, after being told 30 minutes ago that it had already left. Avoid delivery. Yes the yogurt is great, but you need to be able to actually get it in order to appreciate it.

My favorite Red Mango location because I can also get my coffee fix at the same time. Love that this location serves Illy :)

As I recently tweeted to Red Mango Corporate, I will probably singlehandedly be the reason behind why this location WILL run out of their Taro flavour daily. I used to always get Greek Coconut, which was tangy and refreshing, but upon seeing Taro, decided to just give it a try. That small little sample cup completely blew my mind — best damn fro-yo I’ve EVER had, hands down. Sweet and creamy with a really pronounced flavor, for me, the Taro is delicious just by itself and needs no additional toppings(gasp, I know). While I would’ve come in no matter the condition of the store just to have some of that addictive fro-yo, it’s just icing on the cake(toppings on the fro-yo?) that this particular location is always clean, has friendly staff, offers wi-fi, and carries the freshest fruit. PLUS, it’s open until 11PM Mon-Sat(10PM on Sun) — unheard of in FiDi! Sorry in advance to those who come in after me looking for Taro.

This Red Mango store on Fulton Street is one of my favorite! Always refreshing and love walking into a Red Mango when it is hot outside. I’m a dessert lover, and instead of reaching out to heavy cream and guilty dessert, I became a loyal Red Mango customer. Treat yourself well! Friendly staff, clean interior and fresh fruits! I love the Blueberry, Mango and Original flavors of frozen yogurt. I am going to try their new coffee and latte soon. Download the Red Mango app to get online offer($ 2 initial off, then $ 5 promotional discount and accumulate points as you purchase more).

They have a self serve topping bar. 10 varieties are available along with smoothies. You serve yourself your yogurt. Very clean place with minimal seating.

Small branch in FiDi with a few seating options. The self serve machines have always been clean and stocked with my favorite flavors — original tart, pomegranate, and peach. They have a good variety of topping selections though the fruit toppings vary in quality from visit to visit. Good pit stop for dessert in FiDi.

Tiny little red mango with a few seating options. They have self serve stations(with about 5 flavors) and a small little toppings bar. They don’t have as many topping options as I’ve seen in other Red Mangos but I only get mangoes anyway haha. You pay by depending on the weight not by the size cup and number of toppings Can’t go wrong with original or pomegranate flavors yum.

I guess it’s alright for a Red Mango location, mostly just because they are one of the ones with the Self Serve model now. Overall though, Red Mango, is really on its way out of the yogurt business. They recently got some Chocolate Hazelnut flavor and a Red Velvet flavor, in what looks to be a desperate attempt to compete with the excellent kinds of similar flavors at other self serve places. The only problem is that the flavors here pale in comparison to the other places, especially 16 Handles. I wouldn’t bother ever coming here again — walk an extra block down Fulton Street and hit up the far superior Strawberry Fields for your froyo fix.
