I’ve been using RPNY for the past 7 years. Their service, equipment and attention to details in top notch. The prices are on the high end, but I will never go anywhere else. The best part about them is consistency — you will always get the same tension, grip, feel, etc.

I was turned onto this place by one of my tennis buddies, and haven’t had my rackets strung anywhere else since. The prices are a little hefty, but it’s worth the price! They do so much here, and it’s remarkable how much they can fit/​do in such a small area.
I always love to just watch them string whenever I have time to idle around, their machines are always top of the line, and everyone is just so friendly.
Depending on who you get, you’ll get varying amounts of help, but they’re always super-​friendly, and they’ll even let you look around at all the cubbies full of pros’ rackets, especially Roddick and Agassi.
If you don’t look for it, you’ll probably miss this place.
