I walked in at 7:40. This location closes at 8. The man Steve, the only one working there didn’t seem irate at how late I walked in. He greeted me, even made small talk with me. He wanted to make sure I got what I needed and even stayed on hold for a while to get my account number from my previous carrier. This man deserves a medal. Amazing customer service in the middle of Manhattan, who knew?!
