Great experience overall — very clean & modern facility and a friendly staff. Good pricing too! I went in for a cleaning and general check up. They started my file took and photos of my teeth to evaluate my bite. I highly recommended. Dr Noor, he is knowledgable, patient and thorough. If you need a great dentist for cosmetic or general I would try this office. I left feeling like I wanted to send all my friends and family over. Hard to find a good place to trust with your smile :)

The Smile Café was great place! I really enjoyed the experience! All of the staff were extremely friendly and the place was comfortable and beautiful! Dr. Noor was very professional, gentle and caring with my teeth sensitivity issue!

I just got off the phone with these people, and they tried to scam me out of $ 75.00.
I am skeptical that the majority of these reviews are real. I think this business is quite shady and uses a fee for service model that attempts to foster distrust in your insurance company so that they can hawk costly cosmetic procedures. Let us be clear, Smile Café, some people go to the dentist hoping for medical care, not a swindling.
First of all, when I tried to make the appointment I was put on hold for a total of 20 minutes after calling twice (though the hold recording promised a gift card in apology for the wait! but then what good is a gift card if you can’t get an appointment?)
Finally on the third try, I was pretty burned up, but the receptionist was so nice and friendly that I quickly forgot about the wait and happily made an appointment for today at noon. I didn’t claim the alleged free gift card, because I thought to myself, what the heck do I need a gift card for when my insurance covers cleanings? Yesterday, a receptionist called to confirm the appointment, «Just confirming we’ll see you tomorrow at 12:00.» I confirmed, she hung up.
Unfortunately, this morning I had an emergency at work and had to cancel my appointment, so I called up Smile Café (this time the wait wasn’t quite as long) and spoke to a receptionist. «Just so you know, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy and the fee is $ 75.00.»
Come again? This was the first I’d heard of any «cancellation policy.» «It’s our policy, it’s because we are so busy, based on how booked we are it is 24 or 48 hours.» I can assure you that they NEVER told me of any $ 75.00 24 or 48 hour cancellation policy, and as it would have cost me 75 bucks, I think I would have remembered. Never mind the gall of having an expensive policy that is sometimes 24 hours and sometimes 48 hours — what a con!
The receptionist then had the nerve to tell me that when I made the initial appointment, I entered into a «verbal agreement» regarding this cancellation policy. I said to her, «For it to be a verbal agreement, wouldn’t I have had to AGREE?» There’s a phrase for this, and it’s not verbal agreement — it’s highway robbery. I have never in my life been charged such an exorbitant sum from a doctor for no service whatsoever.
I noticed, looking at their incredibly dated website and an email they sent prior to my appointment (neither had any mention of a $ 75 cancellation policy), that Smile Café has enough promotions and offers of «free credit» and «gifts» to fill an infomercial. In the body of the email (ostensibly about getting all of my insurance information and medical history so as to make my life easier) there was (1) an offer for $ 100.00 in credit if I simply responded to the email, and (2) a link to this website:
. Another incredibly dated website, this is a diatribe about how you should not use dental insurance, and instead just pay the dentist for procedures. It’s an advertisement for this Palm beach guy’s private «payment plan.» I would like to link to another website:

By the way, I did some spelunking through the bizarre, retro angelcities nightmare that is their website, and found this cancellation policy: «If for any reason you cannot keep a schedule appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible 48 hours in advanced unless of course you are cancelling due to last minute emergency.» Copywriting offenses aside, No $ 75.00 fee mentioned.
So let’s be clear, from my dentist, I don’t want the W hotel. I don’t want cucumber water. I don’t want to dodge sleezy attempts to prey on insecurity and ignorance. I just want a godda*n cleaning. Therefore, I will not be rescheduling with Smile Café.

What can I say, this place is awesome and very down to earth when it comes to service and customer appreciation. The staff at the café take their time in viewing your needs and also honing in on there own input when it comes to the perfect smile. Hygiene is prevalent as well as good communication for long term dental health. The staff do all that and some to ensure you leave with a smile and also feeling like your smile is beautiful.
SHOUT OUT to Courtney (Hygienist) for an amazing cleaning and Dr. Noor for the new retainers, Aura and Tanya, and to the whole staff, you guys are awesome… THANKS

LIARS, AND SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. Do not be fooled by all the glam and glitter… These people are devious in their practices. The only good thing I can comment on is the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She was wonderful… Ronnie is a liar and a cheat!!! Do you really expect every patient not to verify insurance claims you say you filed. What a piece of crap you are to lie to patients and jeopardize the health of their teeth! You were caught red handed. I was told I had 6 cavities…2 which was stated to be deep. Feeling uneasy about all the things I had to deal with with this «Café» I went and got a second opinion. Guess what? I didn’t have 6 I had 4 which non were deep. If you have insurance, know what is covered and what is not because they will try to rip you off, just liked what was tried with me .Stay away from this place. This place will go down in flames one day from a malpractice suit or will be investigated for poor business practices. Did I mention that Ronnie is a bold face liar? Good riddance Smile Café, you failed to rip off this person!!!

I went for a dental cleaning today and was really impressed. The staff is very nice. But more importantly, Melanie, the dental cleaner, was awesome! She took her time and was very thorough! I’ll come back. Ask for Melanie.

My experience in Smile Café exceptionally good. For the first time I didn’t get criticized because of my worse condition instead Melanie explained me kindly and professionally and also entertained me that what it is happening and how I’m supposed to take care of my sweetteeth. And both Melanie and Dr. Noor couldn’t have been more friendlier. Staffs were also nice.
Spoiler alert! They treat patients like a family member.

Very personable staff, nice location, knowledgeable doctors and assistants. I came in for a cleaning and exam recently and my teeth have never felt better. Courtney cleaned my teeth and she was very nice, seemed genuinely interested in learning more about me. Usually the dentist comes in and just does a quick review at the end but Dr. Noor was also very personable and engaging.
I docked one star because I do feel like they try to upsell you on services or products. I would recommend them and will be coming back for future services.

I’ve been putting off getting my teeth cleaned for almost a year now and finally decided to try smile café out. I got Courtney and she was very attentive and thorough with helping me. She was also a great educator and helped me understand some issues that had been going on for a few years with my teeth. I feel a lot more informed than before on what I need to work on to keep my teeth healthy.

don’t understand why the rate is so high. Since when a dental office became a poor marketing sales stop. People are really friendly though. Try to let you do deep cleaning and Invisalign. Told me the deep cleaning treatment is $ 8000 and let me watch a funny Video showing how magic their doctor is.

What can be said about Smile Café that hasn’t already been said. My experience at Smile Café is short of one in a lifetime, I’ve never been treated with so much attention, care, and most importantly friendliness at any doctor’s office let alone dental clinic.
Everyone at Smile Café was not only friendly but treated me as if I was family. Having recently lost my dad this was the least likely of places I expected to cheer me up but I guess they know how to bring a smile to someone’s face (pun intended lol). While the entire staff was beyond courteous, a person that really stood out to me was dental hygienist Courtney. In my years visiting all kinds of dentist, from Brooklyn to Park Ave, I’ve never had a dental cleaning like the magic Courtney was able to conjure, it was short of spiritual lol. While I have a very high pain threshold, I do have very sensitive gums. Yet, not only was Courtney was able to make everything painless, took her time, and listened to anything I had to say, but she was able to make me feel comfortable and explained every step of the process; what she was doing at the moment and after.
I’ve never written a review for a dentist but people need to know about this place. Do yourself a favor, if you’re thinking of going to Smile Café, just book an appointment; you wont regret it.

The best dental experience I’ve ever had. I booked a cleaning through Zocdoc and was able to fill out my forms online, making the annoying process of filling out insurance forms much easier. Dr. Noor and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. My teeth have never felt so clean, and I have honestly never left a dentist’s office smiling so much!

Friend staff, plenty of appointments. Highly recommend. Modern office with lots of amenities and short, productive exams.

I am so happy with my groupon visit today. The hygienist Melanie was so detail oriented. She cleaned every part of my teeth. I have never experienced in other dental office. She also taught me how to floss and answered all my concerns thoroughly. I recommended my boyfriend and my good friends to go. The dental plan there is very attractive also. I think I will join smile café.

So my review is on multiple visits so I decide to make a ‘TL;DR’ version
Pros: Friendly staff/​doctors /​explained everything in detail
Cons: Charged for ‘treatment plan’, then charged for an additional item that I need for my treatment /​had an emergency and called to cancel charged $ 75 (I understand this policy but there should be wavier for the first time)
1^st visit: Consultation
its been awhile since I been to a dentist and from the x-​rays and consultation, I had pretty good teeth except for a minor bite issue and grinding of my teeth. Dr. Noor came and looked inside my mouth and he mentioned my issues. Met with Dr. Noor afterwards in his office and he suggested Invisalign to correct those issue. I agreed and he set me up to discuss the financials with their insurance guy.(rony, i think) He discussed financing the cost as my insurance wont cover it and did some calculation on his phone, and came up to almost $ 5500 – 6000. This would cover the invisalign treatment plan, Fillings, (apparently insurance covers only silver fillings and they only do white), and cleaning was covered by my insurance.
2^nd visit: Cleaning
Came to do my cleaning. My dental hygienist was Melanie Gennari, who did a wonderful job and was very friendly. After the cleaning she suggested gum therapy, as my gums were slightly inflamed. She also said that a custom night guard might be a better deal to deal with my teeth grinding. Since it was a cheaper option she said it would be better to try that out first. Spoke with the insurance guy and total cost for gum therapy treatment plan, fillings, and night guard was $ 2700
3^rd visit: Fillings /​Impression
Dr. Kreitzberg did my fillings and he too is awesome. Very friendly, nice and answered any Qs I had. After the fillings were done he asked if i considered getting gum therapy and the night guard and I said yes. He agreed with Melanie too try the night guard first and we discussed weather a top or bottom one would better for me, (we went with top). Got my impressions done in less then 10 min.
I have a few more appts coming up and I’ll either update after every one or after a few.

Update 1:
Had my gum therapy today with Melanie on both sides. As im writing this, I am still numb. The expected time for this procedure was about 2 hrs, and we did it in just under 2 hours. Nothing much to say, I have a followup in about 6 weeks and also on the 5^th I should have my nightguard.
Here is something interesting. After the procedure was done, Melanie and I discussed flossing, followups and brought me a oral rinse I had to use for my gums to heal after the procedure. At the front desk, I am told I need to pay $ 20 for the oral rinse. Its late so I didn’t question it, but I paid $ 2700 for their ‘treatment plan’ (It should be included in their plan if i need as for my treatment. #Justsayin

Update 2:
This was my first followup after my gum therapy treatment. I saw Melanie again and after a quick look, no issues, and it was a simple cleaning. After my cleaning, she brought up my wisdom teeth and talked about potentially removing them in the future as they are not growing straight and my gums are blocking, which causes food/​bacteria to be underneath and that i should brush a few more seconds there and that in the future I can have a consult with their ortho to see if I should have them removed or keep them. Nothing new, in this update, but my next one is should be a new experience. I’m getting my teeth whiten. Melanie told be to use sensodyne about 2 weeks before for my appt. So this will be certainly interesting.
Update 3: (are you guys still reading?)
So my whiting appt was super early morning, and I was given some pain meds (motrin?) before the procedure. Maybe I am more sensative then others and even after using the sensodyne toothpaste for over 2 weeks, the procedure was really PAINFUL. It works like this, they put the gel, then the light for about 15 min, then apply more gel, and light for a 15ish more min and so on for 3 – 4 cycles. I only did 3 as I couldnt handle the pain. (It was really bad).
Even after the procedure, i had shooting pain for another 3 – 4 hrs where I would randomly get shooting pains.
Would I do it again? Maybe, before my wedding lol, other then that it is very unlikely that I go through that.
So I think I’ll finally end this review here. Unless I do another procedure thats different this will be all.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 – 4 years now, 2x/​year, and have had consistently excellent service.
I go for my general cleaning, x-​rays, and have also had a bit of cosmetic work on my front tooth over the years.
Cortney and Dr. Noor are a formable team that will keep your teeth looking their best!

The thought of going to the dentist makes me cringe and feel absolutely sick to my stomach but after going to Smile Café — no more! I was suffering from extreme pain in my mouth so finally had to put my fears aside and make the appointment and I am so happy I chose to make it at Smile Café.
First off– my initial appointment was for 2 days later but when I woke up the next morning I absolutely felt like I could not wait, I gave them a ring and the receptionist told me there were no available appointments but they would see what they could do and call me back ASAP. She called back within 10 minute and let me know Dr. Noor would stay later after office hours and see me that day at 5pm. When I arrived I was greeted and offered something to drink or anything else to make me feel comfortable. They also told me not to worry because they would be getting me back there ASAP to relieve the pain. Every person who I came in contact with while there offered me the same.
Once I went back to the office to talk to Dr. Noor I told him about my previous dental issues. In the past I’ve had dentists look at me in a way I felt like they were judging me or just in a serious all business type of way but not Dr. Noor! He even told me not to worry because when he was younger he went through a bunch of dental issues too and it was nothing to be ashamed of and he would get me all fixed up.
Once he took my xray he even said you poor thing I feel so bad how much pain you must be in, he really sympathized with me and it definitely helped put me at ease. While I was waiting for the numbing gel to kick in he played some funny YouTube videos to help me pass the time and take my mind off of the pain which was a really nice addition. When I said I was exhausted and could finally sleep he reclined the chair for me to get more comfortable.
Luckily the oral surgeon was there for another appointment so Dr Noor called him over to see me too. They advised me to pull the tooth and were able to open an appointment up the very next morning at 8:30 am and came in just to help me get it solved quickly!!!
Appearance wise the office was clean and super nice. I will definitely be recommending these guys to other people. Not the cheapest but you pay for what you get, and the emergency dental fee was $ 150, I paid the same for another dentist awhile ago and was not nearly as satisfied with the service.

This is by far one of most unique dental offices, I’ve ever been to.
Upon entering, you’re greeted by warm receptionists and staff, and stepping into a club lounge type atmosphere. But it’s not one of those skeevy clubs but rather a hip place you wouldn’t mind bringing your family too.
After waiting a short 5 minutes or so, you’re accompanied to your dental seat where you’re asked if you’d like some fresh tropajuice or coffee. This is while light music is playing in the background. Basically, the atmosphere is set to relax
After a variety of scans and picture taking, a thorough explanation and plan are suggested to you. Very knowledgeable and consider staff. Their head dentist is very kind as well.
But the star probably had to be Christy. One day, weeks after the appointment, I call the office to get a copy of my X-​rays. She says it might take a few days. This seemed understandable but not very ideal as I needed them that day. I should’ve asked for them ahead of time. But knowing that I needed it that afternoon, she also said she’d try to rush it. Apparently it wasn’t common practice and requires a few different departments. Nonetheless, Hours later I have a fresh digital copy of my scans in email.
This place is good. The people are nice. Prices are tbd bc of Medicaid.

Although I have a lot of pain, I felt like the staff at Smile Café, especially Christy, Jose and Dr Noor genuinely cared about my well-​being. My first interactions were with Christy. She was really helpful and made me feel valued, and comfortable from the get-​go. I also liked being personally offered a variety of drinks. My mind was on other things so I hadn’t considered my thirst going into a situation where my mouth may become dry.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Noor. I’m very grateful that he extended his day to see me and treat my dental emergency. He made me feel very comfortable in what is a challenging environment and is one of the reasons I’ll return to Smile Café. I don’t have much to comment on his abilities and I’ll have a better understanding after a longer dental relationship.
The dental assistant Jose was exceptional, the coconut oil lip moisturizer he gave me for my dry lips was so soothing. His cheerful demeanor eased my tensions further and helped demonstrate his international experience in patient care. Another assistant that I briefly interacted with was also kind and friendly.
So far I’m very satisfied with Dr. Noor, his team, and the experience, and I admire their commitment to improving an already great service!
