Sprint Store By Product and Data Center

Payed my sprint bill here yesterday evening. They charge you 5.00 dollars if you want to make payment towards your bill. I thought that was kinda ridiculous as I have never been charged that much yet alone pay any extreme other than a minimal tax in May sprint store. I guess it was because I came all the way to the area and thought why not. I know now never to come pay my bill here.

Seriously, not even 1 star is deserving. I walk into the store with my husband. We are the only customers in the entire store and make our way to the counter. I’m standing right next to the desk, in front of the rep and no acknowledgement. We have to wait for her and another rep to finish a personal conversation before she looks up at me — oh and that’s because I SAID hello, not the other way around… I went in to pick up my free tablet which is an online deal with choice to order and have it shipped directly or schedule pick up at store. I gave her the confirmation and she started telling me that I had to change my plan in order to do this. I explained that I had seen the option she was talking about but there was also just the option where the plan doesn’t change, the connection fee is waived and I only pay for a data plan each month. She looked unsure but insisted that was the only way. I didn’t insist because she looked like she didn’t want to be bothered and I came to the conclusion that A, She doesn’t know what she’s doing or B, it was the only way for her to get commission — to make me change my plan. I tried telling her that my friend had just gotten the same deal and she just looked me plain in the face and was like. no, it can’t be done. I said thank you, walked out of the store, and got on the website and ordered the phone to be delivered to me directly — and I’m only paying $ 10 a month, and I didn’t have to change my plan. I should have done that in the first place instead of wasting my time. Don’t go in there unless you have the time and energy to deal with rude people who are unhappy to help you and don’t know what their job entails.

The service in here just as Fulton, horrible; complete waste of my time. If you are unhappy with your job specially where it doesn’t require neurons to push a button and transfer information from one device to another, its not complicated. I went in there to activate and transfer valuable information from one device to another all they did was just activate it something I could have done at home. And they don’t greet you as a customers should, a bit disrespectful; but if you want your phone to be charged they are the best at it, just make sure not to leave your phone over night…
