Dr. Gelfman is an excellent oral surgeon. Very professional. He placed dental implants a decade ago and I never had any problems. He used a nice pillow for the other side of the mouth so I didn’t have to worry about opening wide.

I had two wisdom teeth removed by him on two separate occasions. One was removed only 2 weeks before a beauty pageant I competed in (was all fine in time for the show)!! The assistants and receptionists are the nicest and most helpful I have ever come across. He does a great job of explaining your options, the risks, and what your insurance covers. As I only had 1 removed at a time, I was given the local anesthesia (wasn’t knocked out just given a shot) and it was painless. Dr Gelfman and his assistants were very soothing through the whole nerve-wrecking process and informative on how to care post surgery. I have recommended him to several friends after my experience.
