Had chilectomy surgery in April 2015. Was told success rate was 85%. I was in the 15% of unsuccessful. Will likely have chronic pain for the rest of my life, which is unfortunate as a life long runner. He’s a bit wacky… but a typical NYC elitist surgeon.

Dr Sheskier was the only doctor I saw after years of symptoms, that from a few symptoms mentioned, he put together there may be something systemic here, and seriously referred me to a rheumatologist. This eventually led to an auto-immume thyroid disease diagnosis, just from having peroneal tendonitis! After 10 years of multiple injuries, illnesses and complaints, he is the only one that said, I think there is a link here. I owe him a huge thank you. **This portion of the review ONLY relates to the office staff. They are rude when you call them, they are rude when you walk into their offices, and G-d forbid they take you off speaker phone to handle your call. I never get call backs, I have to call multiple times for the same thing– they are careless and clocked out at all times. They are the most unprofessional Doctor office staff I have ever encountered– you can tell they do not care about their jobs or you, as a patient. He’s fantastic and would go back… if the office staff woke up and realized they represent him!
