This review is specifically for Ron Figaro. He was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable, etc. I was switching plans and had quite a complicated situation which he handled with complete competence. Thank you Ron. The staff and store in general are great as well!

Staff at this small-​ish corner location not far from Penn was less intrusive aka more negligent than other locations, but the devices on display were the same as elsewhere, so it was convenient enough. Nexus 5 in my future?

I’ve been a faithful customer and have supported T-​Mobile for about 8 years now and I have no complaints.
The customer service at this location was very prompt and informative. They fielded and answered all of my questions and concerns in a coherent manner and didn’t try to beat around the bush. Of course, I also happened to stop in right before mid-​day, so probably when it wasn’t a mad house, so the representatives were very attentive.
My problem: Cracked Galaxy S3 screen
My solution: Spend 579.99 plus tax for a brand new S4 no matter which way you look at it
The only down side is with the variety of options they offered, I couldn’t procure a new phone without spending an inane amount of money with a lump sum payment or over the course of time, whereby I would have to modify my current plan. I’m fairly satisfied with the way things are for now, so in this case I didn’t have a resolution.
Positive: I still have an awesome, very functional smartphone that will allow to utilize my Unilocal app to its full potential and «THROW IT UP!!!» anywhere and in whichever manner that can be conceivable to the human mind.
