WARNING: This is not an official Verizon store. They charged me for a SIM card, $ 29.99. When I called Verizon they said they do not charge for SIM cards. I returned to the store asking for a refund and was told I couldn’t be given one. I asked why I wasn’t told up front there were no refunds and he told me they don’t tell customers that. He continued to argue with me in front of customers and said for me to go to official Verizon store on 34th Street and ask them for a refund. The workers in this store are rude. They are not upfront about what you are paying for and you will be paying for«additional charges» that an OFFICIAL Verizon store does not charge. Do NOT go here. Go to the 34th Street location just a few blocks away.

Walked in at 730pm. Real 730 not«I’m mad so I’m going to exaggerate 730». They close at 8pm. When I get there they said they are closing early because it’s cold and won’t help me. Now I get to be cold outside and try to find another Verizon that stays open as advertised. All you can do is laugh when such ridiculously bad customer service takes place. That and share on Unilocal

I live in Atlanta but 4 years ago I was in NYC and my phone was acting up. I took it in and we realized I was up for an upgrade so we did that. 2 years later I was in NYC at the same time and went in to the store for an upgrade. I was greeted with«Mr. Atlanta is back». I can’t believe they remembered me right when I walked in. That is the type of service you get and the atmosphere of the place. Just great!

They helped me really quickly considering they are right by Penn Station(a major hotspot) and it was right after work hours(aka rush hour). The only complaint I had was that the representative tried pushing their newest Samsung phone on me and said that it is the only way to replace my phone at the times, but he almost did not tell me that I had an upgrade about 2 weeks away that would allow me to exchange my phone for any model I wanted. Overall I had a pleasant experience and would definitely return to that location.

I went to the Verizon store on 7th Ave and 30th Street in Manhattan and was pleasantly surprised with the detailed valuable information I received from Tal and Kathryn. went to this store to pick up a basic phone for my son at other store they forced smart phones on me but at verizon on 3557th ave they made it easy an gave me choices.
