Worst customer service ever! Employees showed no interest in helping me. Was told that my phone wasn’t able to be traded in for a new one… fine with me. But what about a new phone? What other options are available? I was offered no information and when I asked these question the response was, «well it all depends on what you’re looking for, so I can’t really say.» No follow up question as to what I WAS looking for. No information on what phones WERE available. Spoke with customer service and they said likely they didn’t want to help because there was no sale involved since I’m on a family plan, and it was contracted at another location. Not sure what the problem was, but I’m pretty sure I won’t be back. I’d rather take my business and contract elsewhere.

Got what I needed taken care of by the staff(in this case, getting a bill paid). The automatic payment machine was… bizarre, but as I said, a real live human took care of me and resolved the issue quickly enough to give me time for dumplings afterwards. Lovely.

Dear T-Mobile Delancy and the lovely Helen L., Thank you for taking the time to provide fantastic service, an expert opinion, and oodles of patience. Going to T-Mobile in person is always easier than trying to work over the phone. This past weekend we had a doozy of a request: switch plans, add three lines, termination costs, three trade ins, four new devices. I knew going in that the whole shebang would take at least two hours with the paperwork — it was actually closer to three! There were four or five people on staff Sunday afternoon. This location is tri-lingual — English, Spanish, and Cantonese Chinese. As with most T-Mobile stores, the layout is spacious, clean, and fun to browse around. They had all the latest phones on display to play with. It being the weekend after Christmas, the store was abuzz with customers. The staff were fantastic with turnover, making sure everyone was served quickly. Almost everyone with a legitimate question was helped. We ended up hogging Helen the entire afternoon — she even skipped her break to make sure we finished before the store closed. The whole transaction, albeit long, was seamless from a customer service standpoint. We had a few issues canceling the plan at Verizon(due to their customer service, not T-Mobile’s) but Helen was cool as a cucumber the entire time. In addition, she was great at helping us select the best phones for our respective uses and making sure everyone in the family was happy with the choices.

Im ecstatic about this review because receiving excellent customer service is a big deal to me. Visited this location with my daughter September 28 in the afternoon. I was inquiring about trading in my daughter’s iPhone 5 for the 6. Considering a new phone as her Birthday gift. We met this wonderful sales assiciate named Eugene! He was welcoming and friendly! Eugene was very knowledgeable attentive and helpful. I was only seeking info but I left with the iPhone 6. Eugene was also very funny. Outstanding service! Happy customer!

Did not have a good experience at this particular T-Mobile Retail Store. The reps did not look like they wanted to help and when I found a rep that wasn’t busy to help me he lied to me and gave me false information regarding T-Mobile’s products and services. Would not recommend this store location to anyone, consumers beware.
