Mixed service. Depends on whom you get. Lately, my second replacement phone, gets terrible reception. I’m told I sound«as if you’re underwater.» Fech.

I’m going to Unilocal a little differently this time. I am going to express my outlook on T-mobile as it comes, and I know your reading this asking yourself; ‘what the hell does that mean’? Well, I kinda figure a company like T-mobile that most people have for a long period of time(more then a year or two) will get lots of different feedback, and the individual person will have different experiences throughout the course of their term. Well let’s take it from the top and I will continue to update it!!! — I began service with T-mobile in June… went to the Ocean County Mall, and signed up at one of the small cell kiosks. It wasn’t a bad experience, but as can be expected… very pushy, almost rude! Prices of service and products are reasonable comparable to the market. I think I only spent about $ 200… which was the price of the Blackberry!!! — 6⁄08 Once home for a few days later, I noticed I was not receiving Internet. Telephone customer service is the fastest I have seen anywhere, but they are very slow once on the line. Constantly placing callers on hold. It took an hour and ten minutes and two call backs to get the problem resolved…(with a nice young lady who spoke very broken English). — 8⁄08 Recently I set up the Auto EZ-Pay, so that the money gets taken every month from my checking account. T-mobile somehow forgot to set it up that way, and today to my surprise… my service was shut off. I called to explain the situation. It was not a good experience with the rep… she was kinda rude, and treated me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I spoke with a supervisor who was allot more friendly and helpful, but still never got the Auto-Pay set up. Well… we will see what happens from here!!!
