Either this store is running a scam where they tell you your phone is broken when it’s not so you will buy a new one from them, or they are just completely inept in a way that could benefit them and cost you a lot of money. I came here because my phone was not connecting to the network. They changed my SIM card. My phone still did not work. THEYTOLDMEMYPHONEWASBROKEN, AND I SHOULDGET A NEWPHONEFROMTHEM. Luckily, I declined to do so. I came home and played around with my phone and noticed that I had accidentally selected«do not connect to network». I called T-mobile technical support and they helped me install the SIM card properly. THEREISABSOLUTELYNOTHINGWRONGWITHMYPHONE. ITWORKSFINE. I filed a complaint against the store and T-Mobile customer support said the store should have troubled the problem more before telling me to buy a new phone. I do not recommend visiting this store. If you do, and they tell you your phone is broken and you should buy a new one, GET A SECONDOPINION.

I came to this T-mobile to trade phones with a friend. Since I switched from different phone with a smaller sized SIM, to a bigger one or else the phone would not work. The woman behind the counter said I had to pay $ 20 bucks for a new SIM card, because I «did not have insurance on the phone» I have never ever heard of this before, which also propelled me to switch too Metro PCS. I ended up going too a T-mobile in my neighborhood, and the manager gave me a FREESIM card. I would have never spent 20 bucks on a damn SIM card– when Metro PCS only charged me 10 bucks for one, and offered me a mail in rebate for 50 bucks! Ever will t-mobile get my money again!
