Wonderful experience, enjoyed friendly service and wonderful food. Enjoyed the open patio. Food was fresh and pleasing. Costa was so helpful and attentive to us during our visit. I recommend trying the Greek cuisine.

Grilled calamari, lentil soup, wine. Or chicken avgolemono soup(esp if you’re sick), or broccoli or mushroom pizza. A cut above. I have never had a bad experience with Telio. They have always been everything I ever wanted them to be. Adore. Go.

AWFULLHORRIBLETERRIBLERUDETASTELESS these are some of the words I would use to describe this restaurant. The best advice I can ever give you is to stay far away from them. Please stay away! You do not want to go here. We had a terrible experience with this restaurant. Ordered food, came wrong, called to see what they can do. They refused to help and they also refused to credit back for the salad they had messed up. I’ve lived in the city a long time and have NEVER had such a more horrific experience as I’ve had with them.

Pretty good pizza. It’s open late. If you like to eat healthy, they’ve got a broccoli slice.

Ate here tonight. Made a reservation through open table, only to find out that they didn’t take open table reservations(not our fault). Honored the reservation and seated us. Ordered taramasalata(good) and Greek salad(ok) for appetizers and stuffed cabbage and lamb shank for dinner. Appetizers arrived promptly but 45 minutes after we sat down and ordered, we were informed that there was no more lamb shank. We ordered a new main course. At one hour, dinner had just arrived. Needless to say the service left a lot to be desired. It was near impossible to get the attention of the wait staff. They were very quick in processing my payment.

Came in here for happy hour only to find out their happy hour isn’t so happy. They have house wine and beer, that’s it. I wasn’t impressed by it but I got to sit outside and we ordered pizza and the pizza was really good so at least the food isn’t bad.

Very nice space — friendly service and a large array of options. Their Horiatiki salad was very well done, as was their Avgolemono soup — just the right taste and hearty. I got the chicken on the salad, and it was cooked to perfection. The prices are reasonable, the space welcoming and inviting, and the service was attentive. Telio is lovely.

Overdue review — been here multiple times. As a greek, the food is very good and authentic. The fries strike a paritulcar cord with me. i love the oregano and pepper that they lather on. They chicken is always tender and the gyro platter comes piled-on with french fries. grab yourself some nice chilled house wine and you are sitting right on Broadway, doing some people-watching. also free bread. and very good bread.

The best avogolemon soup I’ve ever had. Only had delivery so I can’t vouch for ambience or anything else, but their food is excellent.

This place does have really good food– particularly the Greek food. A Greek friend testified to the authenticity. Unfortunately, they ALWAYS screw up delivery orders, which is infuriating… I had to swear off ordering them so I would cease to get NY-Take-Out-Rage(yes, it’s a thing). I recommend ordering delivery if you don’t care what shows up, and are not tied to getting what you ordered how you ordered it. Service is not so nice– it’s like they don’t really care to please the customer. Also, they used to make their own Gluten Free pizza crust, which was great, but not it’s a pre-packaged frozen deal, that is just average.

Just had a horrible experience. We won’t be back. The food is not that good. Not really a welcoming place.

Service as well as food is Telio which sums up the quality and deliciousness of all we tasted and enjoyed. We became with a appetizer assortment platter of spreads and a salad that was the best tomatoes in a salad we have ever enjoyed in December. We had saganaki that was just perfect. We all had different entrees and everyone was so happy with their meal choices. I find this restaurant a better secret than Astoria Queens for Greek Delicious Food

A small Mediterranean restaurant with an adjoining pizzeria. I was outside the door perusing the menu when the waitress rushes out to tell me I should come in for the lunch specials. There’s only a half hour left. I figure I’ll try the place out. I order«A tuna melt with the side salad, no onions please.» No question about a beverage, no follow up, and extra onions on the salad… I tried to get the waitress’ attention but she totally ignored me. I had the sandwich and I tried to get the waitress to even just bring me my check but she ignored me. Finally I went up to the owner — who was right there the whole time looking right at me without a word — and asked for change so I could just pay my bill. He points a thumb to the register at the pizzeria… Wow. I leave exact change for my meal — most of it still in the plate — and leave. The sandwich was ok, but not worth going back. For those prices you expect at least for the waitress to stop by your table once — especially when you’re a new client and the restaurant is empty. Very If-Grover-Was-Your-Waiter moment.

Really lovely neighborhood place. I’m partial to the Greek part of the menu rather than the Italian, but you really can’t go wrong. They do an incredible branzino, and if they’re offering the turkey stuffed cabbage special, give it a try — there is something ridiculously good about the potatoes. Great prices for the neighborhood.

Lousy service and smaller-than-average portions – methinks not on a return trip. Best of the bunch was the Penne alla Vodka. The specials of the day – the Linguine with Mushroom and Asparagus, and the Lemon Sole with Risotto – were both bland bordering on flavorless, while the Stuffed Squash elicited head shakes all around.

What a great little place! We went in two times while on vacation, once to drink some beers, and second time to eat. The food was above average if not great and the service was outstanding! They have a great little patio place you can eat outside. Will definitely go back when in town again!

This is my go-to brunch restaurant for family and friends for years now. Try the salmon salad, spinach pie, MEZZEPLATTER(!!), or Greek salad. Brunch staff is amazing, food is fab. A bit pricey but worth every penny. Staff for dinner is not the same though

Tourist trap. Food is not that great. Best to play it safe and just order the pizza. I was very disappointed when I ate here. Walk to Amsterdam where there are more restaurants to select from.

Really happy with this little but busy Mediterranean Greek restaurant. The staff was really helpful and helped us in selecting our meal with a bit of customisation. The giant greek beans were flavorful and the whole wheat pita bread was fresh from the oven. Above all, was the angel hair pasta in a mix of white n red sauce. Yummy! Definitely a good dining experience.

Not too shabby. I’ve been here twice to enjoy their $ 11.95 brunch deal. They have a variety of options to choose from such as omelets, wraps and sandwiches. These options are served with a side option of french fries or salad. They also include a choice btwn a bloody mary or mimosa. During my first visit I remember having their omelets and thinking yum these are splendid! Yet, when I visited this past sunday and had their italian omelette I wasn’t blown away. The food lacked a little spice to it making it taste just all right. I had brunch with my parents and it was a nice time, but if you are looking for a boozy brunch with friends, then I suggest trying elsewhere. P. S. If I do return I’d like to try their $ 7 sangria.(They also have many wine options that range btwn $ 7-$ 9). And remember to take advantage of their outdoor seating as spring/summer weather is approaching!
