TGI Friday’s

Once we arrived we were seated then turned away to be seated again. Hostess very confused and arguing with staff in front of customers. Food came out cold and we waited about 30 min. We complained to managment so hopefully this union Sq location improves big time.

McDonald’s would’ve been a better choice. The food sucked. Our order came to our table incorrectly, and after all that the waiter had the audacity to ask for a bigger tip.
Friend, my grandma with a peg leg could’ve served us better.

Manager sits for his shift, bartender is oblivious. I sat, 20 mins and had to ask for water. Ate 2 shrimp, bartender never checked back on me, worst service of all time. Burgers $ 18+ please. Save your money.

Literally standing here waiting now 25mins for a take out order. This is ridiculous. Standing here too because all the chairs at the bar are taken. I finally get my order. The wings are so small! Fit for a small child. And all the food is cold. I’m livid!!. $ 22 and 25mins later and I missed my bus. Great. Thanks Fridays

I’ve gone to other Friday’s and have never been disappointed but this place was awful. I was seated towards the back where it smelled like a public bathroom. I ordered some appetizer’s and got the most disgusting Mozzarella sticks they were’t stringy at all it was as if they’d fried cream cheese and served it to me. The rest of the food wasn’t as awful, but I vowed never to go back. Go to another location this one is terrible.

Came here for dinner on a Thursday, wasn’t quite busy. Fast forward to being seated, our waiter definitely wasn’t feeling well. I for one have nothing against someone whom needs to work even when they’re sick but he didn’t even cover his mouth as he coughed as he took our order.
My friend ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta, which looked and smell delicious. I ordered the chicken bruschetta pasta, the flavor of the sauce and pasta wasn’t bad but the chicken was still PINK. Waved down the hostess and she gladly returned it to the kitchen and was remade. But come on, what if I was pregnant? Absolutely ridiculous, thank goodness I always «examine» my food.
Overall, pricey, lousy service probably won’t ever be back. *Try another location*

DO NOT RECOMMEND-​Went there with my mom before going to see a play nearby. The burger she ordered made her sick. The bun was stale when it first came out. You couldn’t even chew into it, that’s how stale it was. The iced tea I had was super sweet. Almost like they unloaded the entire sugar container into the tea. The menu prices are above average for this area. If you’re going solo, you’re looking to spend about $ 30 – 40. With a party of two, about $ 50 – 70. With a party of three or more, $ 100+. The quality of the service isn’t too great either. The servers there look unhappy with their jobs, which is a reflection of how management treats this restaurant.

All i can say this was by far the worse fridays ive been to. I dont recommended to anyone its discusting food cold and not worth it

I recently visited this place and had my belongings stolen. I stepped away from the table for a small period of time, and when I came back to a reset table and my belongings gone. I asked about my belongings and nobody had any idea what happened. I decided to talk to a manager and the manager didn’t give me the time of day. She ignored me. What a trashy establishment! Thanks for your help and enjoy my belongings!

This location is not only overly priced but the customer service was not great. Our waiter was rather condescending.

#I don’t remember going here. I was completely wasted. But these photos were on my phone. So I asked my friend what happened. He said I made him and another coworker go to TGI Friday’s, even though I kept calling it Applebee’s. Then I made him order #wings and #nachos. I didn’t eat any, except for a couple of celery sticks that I dipped and swirled into the nacho toppings while making SFX.
#I give this place four stars because apparently the waiter was responsible enough to not serve me the #whisky I ordered. But he did give it to my friend, who then gave it to me. So I don’t know who won.

Terrible service. My party of nine went out for a friend’s birthday. We had to wait a whole hour before we even got to order drinks and by that time we Just ordered food as well. The. We waited another 45 minutes for food. My burger and fries were pretty much cold when I got them. We ordered desert and that took another large amount of time. And then we had to wait 35 minutes to just get our check. Our waiter wouldn’t let us get separate checks even though I asked before we ordered, so we had to split up our own check. We were there for three hours. I would have understood if they were busy, but there were only three tables our waiter was serving at the time. Won’t be going back.

I’m actually a huge fan of Friday’s but I feel the need to leave a review for this location. I went there 2 days ago trying to purchase some of Friday’s delicious jack Daniels sauce – I love it! It tastes good on everything. A server met me at the door and told me no he can’t sell me any. I’m like really? I really like it I’m willing to pay $ 1 per cup, can I just have some? He’s like no I can’t. I said okay can you ask a manager he said he will… I see him talking to the manager who had the answer NO written all over him before you even speak. I wasn’t optimistic. He’s talking to him for a long time before coming over and telling me no they can’t.
Like are you serious? I visit Friday’s often in Delaware where my dad lives cause we love Friday’s and they are super nice, top notch customer service. Even if you couldn’t SELL me the cups of sauce per se, you couldn’t have found some way to give it to me just to make me happy? I’m apart of Friday’s rewards program and participate in emails. You couldn’t have given me the sauce and maybe give my cash to the bartender to top them off a little, even if you couldn’t sell it? Or, I don’t know, even just give me the sauce for free? CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I’m not being an entitled idiot, but how much does a cup of sauce cost –1¢? I feel like it’s like me going to McDonald’s and asking for ketchup packets or sweet and sour or something. At the most they would just say okay you have to pay for it if not JUST GIVING IT TO ME.
I still love Friday’s but I definitely will NEVER visit this location again. They’re petty.

So maybe that one time was a bad experience. I really wish I didn’t lose the name of my server as she was very kind and pleasant. I had the manager, Richard follow up with me and I was offered a free appetizer and drink.
I came in for after work dinner. I didn’t really want an appetizer as they are typically calorie dense. I instead ordered the chicken and sautéed veggies with the tomato-​mozzarella salad. I don’t really like tomatoes typically but I must say I was pleasant surprised. The shit was delicious. If I was eating carbs, I would have sopped up every bit of that meal. My drink was actually good even with the same bartender.
I came expecting to accept the drink and pay for dinner but dinner was still taken care of and I appreciate that. Might definitely give it a third try.

Beth and I came here one day after work to enjoy a late lunch and drinks. Beth works pretty close by so most of the waiters already know her (it also helps that she is a generous 30% tipper). We ordered mozzie sticks, chicken tenders, onion rings and Beth got a burger. The food was the standard Friday’s fare — nothing really exciting.

Stopped here for a late night bite with plans to only order an appetizer and a dessert after seeing a show in the area. I ordered the «pick three» combo appetizer and chose BBQ wings, mozzarella sticks, and pot stickers. After waiting way too long for simple app food– I’m talking upwards of 20 minutes– the food arrived just barely above room temperature. I sent the dish back with no issue from the waiter. Miraculously the new dish arrived 4 minutes later much hotter than the previous plate.
The wings were nice and crispy, and the BBQ sauce had a sweet tangy flavor. The four mozzarella sticks were rectangular in shape and very bland in flavor, and the marinara dipping sauce wasn’t even warm. The pot stickers were just okay…
I was so disappointed in the wait time for my food and having to return the food made me change my mind about getting dessert.
I’ll wiill not be returning. I should’ve just went to chipotle down the block!

Located right in Union Square, luckily it was opened late at night. The service was great and I was quickly attended. The food did take a while for it to come out but it did not disappoint.
The chicken Alfredo pasta was great but a bit pricy for the amount served. The fries are especially delicious and half appetizers and happy hour till 8.
Overall it was satisfying and I’ll be returning very soon.

We went in to have lunch. Heat wasn’t working well, dining room was cold. Used the bathroom, it was nicely heated.
Ordered lunch on the «lunch specials» it took over 30 minutes for lunch to arrive and one of us go the wrong order. We spoke to the manager first about the wait for the food and secondly for the wrong order. The corrected order cam out in two-​three minutes. The manager adjust our check by 15% off, I flt that I shouldn’t have had to pay for my meal at all. Won’t be back. Fast Food options in the area, would have been a better choice.

We had stopped by for a couple of drinks so I can not say that service is too slow however I see and read a lot of people complaining regarding the service speed. The tables were kind of oily, not that much of a clean branch I may say. If you are around Union Square area, may find better locations to eat and drink.

Came in here for dinner with some friends and had quite the experience. Friendly but slow service.
Low lamps = dust closer to me = unhappy me. I wish they’d clean them more often. Like everyday. It’s dust. There’s always dust. On each day.
The food, though, hit the spot. I had the skillet shrimp on the sizzling menu (~$ 19). (Pic attached). Basically shrimp scampi type of dish but very cheesy, mixed with rice, tomatoes, and pepper. The seasonings were great! Overall very tasty dish. I would recommend this!
My friends had the Jack Daniel Salmon.(~$ 20). It comes with a sauce which they spent almost 5 minutes raving about! The salmon itself was amazingly tasty as well! I had a bite, definitely going back for more. It is, however, on the smaller sized side. (HA! Try sayin’ that quickly 5 times!) but I would still get it; that one bite left it’s mark!
