Le meilleur burger que j’ai mangé de toute ma vie.
La salle n’est pas très grande mais peu accueillir de grandes tablées. Nous sommes très bien reçus, le serveur est super sympa. Il y a des écrans géants qui diffusent des matchs de basket, et la playlist de fond est très, très sympa!
Passons maintenant à la carte…
Elle propose une sélection de bières, de milkshakes, pas de boissons chaudes dommage! La carte propose également des desserts.
Des burgers sont proposés à la carte, mais ce qu’il y a de VRAIMENT COOL, c’est que l’on peut faire soi-​même son propre burger en choisissant absolument TOUT: quelle viande, si on veut en salade ou en burger, quel pain, quel fromage, quelle sauce, quel topping, quel accompagnement, si on veut son pain brioché, sans gluten, en bretzel, etc… TOUT je vous dis: D
Pour la viande, on peut choisir ¹⁄₃ de livre, une demie livre ou une livre entière!
Nous sommes une dizaine donc on met «un peu de temps» à nous servir. Quand je dis un peu de temps, c’est peut-​être quoi, un quart d’heure… Mais ça en vaut la peine, oh boy.
J’ai commandé un burger d’1/3 de livre, avec des brochettes de légumes.
J’ai déjà envie d’y retourner. C’était vraiment trop trop bon. Ca change des HD Diner et des Bieh fades, sans goûts, réchauffés/​décongelés. Là, la viande est excellente, c’est bien assaisonné, c’est délicieux!!!
Bref, français, n’hésitez pas à passer par THE COUNTER pour un excellent hamburger américain.

The turkey burger was amazing but they forgot to give me my free fries and also did not add the sauce i paid for !!! This is terrible service i will not return!!!

Delicious vegan burger! So recommend it. Seated quick, only thing I’d say the food took sometime to come out. Sweet potatoes are a MUST have there. I’ll defiantly be back

Extremely slow service. Didnt ask what size burger i wanted and charged for fries when i didnt order (i had fries already at my table). Had to flag down the waitor all night and also price on reciept was more than price on menu. Stay away from this place.

Staff seems to have taken all the Unilocal and FB comments about their rudeness to heart, as tonight they were somewhat tolerant of their customers and even borderline friendly.
Still, I paid $ 4.25 for a Diet Coke, and was disappointed that it didn’t include a happy ending massage at that price.

Just ok burgers. Too much meat to bun ratio. Cool atmosphere, but the burger was just so so. The fries and sweet potato fries were amazing though!

Great service. For being in time square and the restaurant being on the little side, we had a great send Me off party.
I created a build your own burger.
«build my own burger»… Pineapple, ham, lettuce, tomato, smokey chipotle sauce, tillamock cheddar cheese, and cole slaw. Free side from Unilocal!
I also ordered a banana foster «adult» beverage! yum! This was great from the beginning to the end! Made to perfection too.
Our server was great! Always checked in, he was patient and very much ok with me asking a lot of questions! I loved my first and possibly last time going here! It’s known to be a touristy spot but I actually loved my burger very much! I love the idea! Lots of places in CA check it out!

I really wanted to love it here…
I arrived on a Thursday around lunch time to find it completely packed. I sat at the bar and ordered a salad (probably my mistake) and sweet potato fries. I did want a burger but none of them really appealed to me and my server didn’t offer to help me through the customization process.
The staff just didn’t seem interested in being there and were super overwhelmed. Again, I should have gotten a burger because then I would have been able to really critique!

Busy place but we didn’t have a very long wait. The adult shakes, especially the bananas foster are very good. Burgers are very good and a bit hard to eat because of the size. Staff is decent but not very cheery

Waited half an hour for 2 margaritas. My friend medium well burger arrived before the drinks. The waitress kept saying it’s coming. This is the worst and I usually always order from there to go. Very bad service and I have been a waitress for so long.

It’s a bussy place … I like it… is not the best one … but is good … I had a Veggie burger, with banana split milkshake, and a side of fries… the burger was a bit dry, but the milkshake it was really good. I will be back to try some more hope next time will be for 5 stars!

Popped in here after going ice skating at Bryan Park. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had a vegan option.
As it was a Monday night there wasn’t much of a crowd, the service was good and asked if we had dined there before and explained that you can build your own burger or choose a creation.
They have a pretty solid selection of ingredients for your burger, it’s a perfect way to get creative with your food. They are very quick with getting your food out also.
The vegan burger was very tasty and had hints of cranberries and sweet potatoes; I assume it was the holiday version. I would suggest going big (you have the option of 1/​3, ½ or a full pound patty) if you are hungry, this was my first meal and the ¹⁄₃ lb wasn’t that filling.
Overall this is a good place for a decent burger if you’re in Times Square.

Stick with the burgers!
I ordered a BLT, and it was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. It looked like something you would make at home. Just a plain sandwich, not even stacked. It was truly disappointing.
Aside from that, I’ve been here a few times before and enjoyed my burger. The garlic fries are delicious. I had been there twice before I had discovered them and I was seriously mad that no one told me how good that was beforehand. It’s so good!

Bacon cheeseburger was amazing. Fries are just okay.
Our server was friendly, but forgot one of our fries. She never came to check on us. Asked the neighboring tables server to get her for us, he was rude and impatient, but said he would. Never did. Did not get any consolation for not getting to eat our fries fresh with the meal.
Place is busy and overly crowded (seating way too close together.) Bathroom was gross.

Walked past this place during our visit to New York City and it looked like a nice little burger joint, so we walked in. Very friendly service! I liked the concept of building your own burger, and the burger was perfect with a nice brioche bun. Good shoestring fries as well. This place had tv screens with sports on it but played nice music as well.
Would definately recommend this place if you’re craving a good burger.

As far as quick service restaurants go in the Times Square area, this isn’t a bad choice. (That being said, of course you’re going to pay Times Square prices.)
A basic «build it yourself burger» is going to run you somewhere in the $ 15 range. I got a burger with cheese, multi-​grain bun, pickles, and champagne mustard. I would not recommend the multi-​grain bun because it started to fall apart midway through eating.
I ordered a medium burger and it was ever so slightly undercooked — not even enough to warrant my sending it back. It was very juicy and good.
Sweet Potato fries were good.
Unfortunately the don’t use Heinz ketchup. That would add a star.
I had a «build your own» milkshake, too, which was good. Smaller portion than some other places (they don’t give you the metal cup with «leftover» milkshake.
Service was friendly, I had no wait on a sunday afternoon, and the facility was clean. Oddly the women’s restroom also seemed to be a storage/​locker area which wasn’t ideal but at least it wasn’t dirty.

Went at noon for lunch on a work day. Go early, it was filed by 12:30pm.
Make sure you check in cause I got a free single serving of fries.
As expected, the burgers were amazing! They have TOO MANY options, plus you can always build your own. And I like it when they have all the calorie information on the side to make myself more conscious on what I am putting into my month. Really tempted to get the milkshake. The milkshake machines were sitting right in front of me running non stop. They must be good! But they were like 1000+ calories.
I got the purist burger. Just the burger patty and bun. No sauce. It still tasted amazing, the patty was cooked to perfection. The bun was light heated and toasted.
Highly recommend. They do delivery and take out too.

Entramos a esta hamburgesería hambrientos y cansados de caminar por times square, realmente íbamos buscando otra, pero la vimos llena y nos pareció curiosa… Guardamos cola hasta que nos tocó entrar y el camarero nos sentó en una mesa y nos dejó la carta. La carta era enorme, tanto que acabas cansado de leerla y sin saber ni siquiera que pedir, yo tenía claro que lo único que quería era una hamburguesa con queso, patatas fritas y un batido de chocolate, algo normal y sin florituras, así que llamamos al camarero para ordenar. Una vez allí le pedí lo que quería y me preguntó que porqué no se lo había rellenado en el papel. Me quedé un tanto extrañada y es que, por lo visto, a la interminable carta le seguía un interminable papel que actuaba como hoja de pedido. Como el chico nos vió un tanto contrariados decidió hacerlo él mismo haciéndonos las preguntas de la pertinente rutina; si, tú quieres una hamburguesa con queso verdad? Qué tipo de carne quieres? Poco hecha? Que clase de queso te pongo? Con que pan la vas a acompañar? Patatas normales??? En fin, todo un cuestionario que el camarero nos rellenó con mucha amabilidad. Aún así todo estaba muy bueno, hamburguesas caseras y de calidad, y no resultó para nada caro.

It’s close to my office and sometimes after work we go for burgers & beer if we don’t want to hang out in a bar. Keep in mind that it’s full with tourists and it gets crowded and you might end up waiting as they attract customers with free fries. You build your own burger and they prepare it the way you want! Burgers are OK I had better but for Times Square hungry touristy crowd it’s convenience !

Zufällig haben wir diesen Laden am Times Square entdeckt, ein Glück. Das Konzept sich einen eigenen Burger zu kreieren hat uns überzeugt und unsere Erwartungen wurden sogar noch übertroffen, denn die Burger schmeckten fantastisch.
Jeder bekommt ein Zettel zum ankreuzen und gibt diesen dann bei der Bedienung ab. Auch Vegetarier/​Veganer kommen hier nicht zu kurz. Zur Auswahl gibt es verschiedene Fleischsorten, diverse Sossen, unzählige Käsearten und Belag, dass man sich schier nicht entscheiden kann.
Wir bestellten einmal einen Bison Burger mit Tzaziki, Salat, Tomaten, Parmesan im Ciabatta Brötchen und einen vegetarischen Burger mit Senf/​Honigsosse, Bergkäse, Granberries, Salat und gegrillten Tomaten in einem Vollkornbrötchen, dazu jeweils frittierte Süsskartoffeln. Es war alles frisch, Portionen gross, gibt rein garnichts zu bemängeln. Bezahlt haben wir am Ende dann US $ 40, – .

Went there several times, ate like a fat ass and never regretted!
Their fries are awesomely tasty and burgers simply perfect! Choose your own ingredients to have the burgers that fits your urge! Gotta taste to believe me! :)

My 2 colleagues and I came here for a late lunch around 3:30. You get a free side of fries or sweet potato fries if you check in on Unilocal.
I ended up ordering the Mediterranean burger in a bowl. Really like the concept of getting a burger with some salad :-) Anyway, each of us ordered a burger… and then we waited for 30 minutes before we asked someone (who wasn’t our server) where our food was. My colleague said she noticed they were just sitting on the counter in the kitchen for awhile. Someone went to go check on it and they brought our food out… lukewarm. We asked them what happened and were told that the kitchen wasn’t moving very quickly today.
The food was good, just wonder why the service was so slow given it was 4pm (not really prime meal time for anyone) and there weren’t that many other people around.

Decent burger joint! The place is super packed and seating can be tight at times. I was seated in the middle of the tiny place and couldn’t really get out of my seat. Getting in my seat was a struggle too. It’s one of those places that you sit down, eat your food and just get out. No time to sit and mingle because there are people waiting and you’re uncomfortable.
The burgers are big and juicy. You can create your own burger, choose from a decent list of specialty burgers or customize existing ones. They also have a few salad and sandwich options which are pretty traditional. Nothing special in that department.
The meltdown sandwich was alright. Nothing too great. The chicken wasn’t dry, which is always a good thing. The pesto sauce came on the side instead of inside my sandwich so I had to scoop a small bit with each bite. They didn’t give me a knife (so I can just spread the pesto in my sandwich), but I didn’t want to ask for one because my waitress was all over the place trying to do her job. She was sweet. She was just too busy to wave down. And I was too lazy to keep trying…
The fries were super super skinny and crispy! YUM! They were just too salty… I’m not sure if I would ever come back because it’s just a hit and run spot. There was so much pressure throughout my entire meal to eat fast and dip

Ici le client peut «concevoir» son Burger en choisissant ses différents ingrédients et c’est sur ce principe que ce restaurant fonctionne !
Tarifs raisonnables et qualité correct !

Sehr leckere Bürger mit einer großen Portion Pommes. Man wird auf jeden Fall gut satt und das auch zu einem relativ guten Preis, was ich für die Location direkt an Times Square erstaunlich fand.
Die Bedienung war auch schnell und sehr freundlich. Der Besuch hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Es kann aber sein, dass man ein bisschen warten muss bis ein Platz frei ist.
